Claims (6)
- 金属板部にシール対象穴と締結用穴とが形成されていて、前記金属板部の表面にコーティング層が施されているガスケットにおいて、
前記コーティング層として、ゴム層、および、前記金属板部の表面よりも摩擦係数が小さい潤滑層を有していて、
前記金属板部の表面のうちの少なくとも前記シール対象穴の周縁部位を含む部位の前記コーティング層は、前記ゴム層と前記潤滑層とが積層して表層に前記潤滑層が配置されていて、前記締結用穴の周縁部位の前記コーティング層は、前記ゴム層が積層して表層に前記ゴム層が配置されていることを特徴とするガスケット。 - 前記金属板部の表面に液体に常時曝される蓋部が区画されており、前記蓋部は、前記コーティング層が省かれていて前記金属板部の表面が露出している請求項1に記載のガスケット。
- 前記コーティング層として、密着層を備えていて、前記密着層が前記金属板部の表面と前記ゴム層との間に介在する請求項1または2に記載のガスケット。
- 前記金属板部の表面のうちの前記締結用穴の周縁部位と前記蓋部とを除いた部位の前記コーティング層は、前記金属板部の表面から順に、前記密着層、前記ゴム層、および、前記潤滑層の三層が積層する請求項3に記載のガスケット。
- 前記金属板部は、平面視で外周から外側にはみ出したタグ部を備え、そのタグ部の表面には、前記コーティング層の各々が露出している請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のガスケット。
- 前記金属板部と前記コーティング層の各々の層を含む全ての層の各々の物体色は色別管理が可能に異なっている請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のガスケット。
