Claims (2)
- 金属ストリップを処理用雰囲気ガスが収容されたマッフルの内部を搬送させて熱処理するにあたり、前記のマッフルの外側に、金属ストリップの移動方向上流側における金属ストリップを加熱する加熱帯と、前記の加熱帯よりも金属ストリップの移動方向下流側の位置に加熱された前記の金属ストリップを徐冷させる徐冷帯と、前記の徐冷帯よりも金属ストリップの移動方向下流側の位置に徐冷された前記の金属ストリップを冷却させる冷却帯とを設けたマッフル式連続熱処理装置において、前記の徐冷帯に切換用加熱装置を設け、前記の切換用加熱装置を制御装置により制御し、前記の切換用加熱装置を作動させずに、前記の徐冷帯をそのまま徐冷帯として使用する一方、前記の切換用加熱装置を作動させて、前記の徐冷帯を第2加熱帯として使用することを特徴とするマッフル式連続熱処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載したマッフル式連続熱処理装置において、前記の徐冷帯に徐冷用気体を案内する徐冷気体案内管に徐冷気体制御弁を設けると共に、前記の加熱帯内における加熱された気体を前記の徐冷帯内に案内する加熱気体案内管に加熱気体制御弁を設け、前記の徐冷気体制御弁と加熱気体制御弁とを前記の制御装置により制御し、前記の切換用加熱装置を作動させて前記の徐冷帯を第2加熱帯として使用する場合には、前記の制御装置により前記の加熱気体制御弁を開けて、加熱帯内における加熱された気体を前記の徐冷帯内に案内することを特徴とするマッフル式連続熱処理装置。
