Claims (6)
- 電極体および電解液と、
前記電極体および前記電解液を収納し、第1の径を有する注液孔を含む外装缶と、
前記外装缶にカシメ固定され、前記注液孔を封止する封止部材とを備え、
前記封止部材は、
前記注液孔に挿入される軸部と、前記外装缶の外側において前記軸部の径方向外側に位置する鍔部とを有するリベット部材と、
前記鍔部と前記外装缶との間において圧縮され、前記第1の径以上の第2の径を有する中央孔を囲むリング状のワッシャ部材とを含み、
前記ワッシャ部材は、圧縮前の状態において、前記中央孔の片側に0.08mm2以上0.14mm2以下の断面積を有し、
前記ワッシャ部材は、前記ワッシャ部材の径方向全体に亘って圧縮される、電池。 - 前記ワッシャ部材は、圧縮前の状態において第1の厚みを有し、前記鍔部と前記外装缶との間において前記第1の厚みの35%以上65%以下の第2の厚みにまで圧縮される、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記ワッシャ部材は、圧縮前の状態において、0.3mm以上0.5mm以下の厚みを有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記ワッシャ部材は、フッ素樹脂からなる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記外装缶は、開口を有し、前記電極体を収納する本体と、前記本体に結合される封口板とを含み、前記注液孔は前記封口板に形成される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池はリチウムイオン電池であり、前記外装缶は角形形状を有する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
