Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a fire detector that is connected to a signal line drawn from a disaster prevention receiving panel to monitor fires in tunnels.
Conventionally, in order to protect people and vehicles from fire accidents that occur in tunnels, fire detectors are installed in tunnels such as automobile roads to monitor fires, and are connected to signal lines drawn from disaster prevention receivers. ing.
The fire detectors have detection areas in both the left and right directions, and along the longitudinal direction of the tunnel, the detection areas of the fire detectors placed adjacent to each other complementarily overlap each other, for example, at intervals of 25 m or 50 m. continuously spaced apart.
In addition, fire detectors monitor radiation from fire flames generated in tunnels through translucent windows, such as infrared radiation. sensitivity tests and contamination tests to monitor the contamination of translucent windows.
In the sensitivity test of the light receiving element, when a test signal periodically transmitted from the disaster prevention receiving panel is received, test light corresponding to light from a simulated flame is incident on the light receiving element from the test light source to measure the light receiving sensitivity. is detected, and the received light value is corrected with a correction value that is the reciprocal of the detection sensitivity until the light receiving sensitivity decreases to a predetermined threshold sensitivity. In this case, a failure signal of the light-receiving element is transmitted to the disaster prevention receiving panel to output a sensor failure alarm.
In the contamination test of the translucent window, when a test signal periodically transmitted from the disaster prevention receiver panel is received, the test light is incident on the translucent window from the test light source provided outside the fire detector, Light is received by a light-receiving element to obtain a light attenuation rate, and when the light attenuation rate exceeds a predetermined dirt threshold value, a dirt abnormality signal is transmitted to the disaster prevention receiving panel to output a dirt alarm.
However, in such a conventional fire detector, when the operation period is long, it is considered to be operating normally without sensor failure due to the sensitivity test or contamination abnormality due to the contamination test. Suddenly, the fire detector outputs a fire detection signal and a non-fire alarm is issued from the disaster prevention receiver panel. It is necessary to display a fire sign and prohibit vehicles from passing through the tunnel, and the person in charge must go to the site to confirm it. There is
The reason why the fire detector suddenly outputs a fire detection signal when it seems to be operating normally is that the deterioration of the fire detector progresses and the operation becomes unstable due to the extended operation period. In this state, it is assumed that a fire detection signal is output due to malfunction due to some cause. However, the extent to which fire detectors have deteriorated is limited to information such as the useful life indicated at the manufacturing stage, and it is difficult to maintain and manage fire detectors according to their deterioration.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a disaster prevention system that enables appropriate countermeasures by judging and notifying the progress of deterioration of a fire detector before a non-fire alarm is issued.

(basic effect)
The present invention provides a disaster prevention system that monitors a fire by connecting a fire detector to a signal line drawn into a tunnel from a disaster prevention receiving panel, and has a deterioration determination unit that determines the degree of deterioration of the fire detector. , The degree of deterioration of the fire detector determined by the deterioration determination unit is notified from the disaster prevention receiver panel, so the degree of deterioration of the fire detector due to the extension of the system operation period is determined and notified. By doing so, it is possible to grasp the progress of deterioration of the fire detector, and before the deterioration progresses and a non-fire alarm is suddenly issued, the deteriorated fire detector can be replaced with a backup fire detector. Even if the operation period of the system is prolonged, it is possible to prevent malfunctions and non-fire alarms and continuously maintain the reliability of fire monitoring.
(Effect of deterioration judgment by environmental stress and period of use)
In addition, since the deterioration judgment unit judges the degree of deterioration based on the environmental stress of the fire detector and the period of use, mechanical stress and electrical stress that cause deterioration leading to malfunction of the fire detector and non-fire alarms. It is possible to obtain a more accurate determination result of the deterioration state by performing the deterioration determination in consideration of both the environmental stress that gives , and the aging deterioration corresponding to the period of use.
(Effect of deterioration determination due to environmental stress)
Further, the deterioration determination unit measures environmental stress indicating the operating environment of the fire detector, and increases a deterioration count value indicating the degree of deterioration when the environmental stress or the amount of change in the environmental stress exceeds a predetermined value. When a predetermined deterioration threshold is reached, the deterioration state corresponding to the deterioration threshold is notified, so the degree of deterioration of the fire detector due to environmental stress is constant by generating a deterioration count value, and fire detection is more accurate. It is possible to determine the progress of deterioration of the equipment.
(Effect of deterioration determination due to multiple types of environmental stress)
In addition, the deterioration determination unit measures a plurality of types of environmental stress indicating the operating environment of the fire detector, and determines the degree of deterioration for each of the plurality of types of environmental stress when each environmental stress or its variation exceeds a predetermined value. The deterioration count value shown is increased, and when the sum of the deterioration count values obtained for each of a plurality of types of environmental stress reaches a predetermined deterioration threshold value, the deterioration state corresponding to the deterioration threshold value is notified. By judging the deterioration of the fire detector in consideration of a plurality of types of environmental stresses that cause the deterioration of the fire detector, it is possible to make highly accurate judgments that match the progress of the actual deterioration.
(Effects by type of environmental stress)
In addition, since the deterioration determination unit measures at least one of the temperature, humidity, impact vibration, and electrical noise of the fire detector as environmental stress, the temperature, humidity, and impact vibration advance the deterioration due to mechanical stress, In addition, since electrical noise promotes deterioration due to electrical stress, by measuring temperature, humidity, impact vibration, and electrical noise as environmental stress, it is possible to make highly accurate judgments that match the actual progress of deterioration. and
(Effect of units of measure for environmental stress)
In addition, the deterioration determination unit measures the environmental stress for each fire detector or for each predetermined section in which a plurality of fire detectors are arranged. However, for example, sensors that measure humidity, shock vibration, or electrical noise, and multiple fire detectors installed in each section of the tunnel may cause more sensors than necessary. Environmental stress can be measured without providing
(Effect of deterioration judgment by environmental stress and period of use)
Further, the deterioration determination unit generates a deterioration count value corresponding to the period of use of the fire detector, and when the sum of the deterioration count value generated from the environmental stress reaches a predetermined deterioration threshold value, the deterioration threshold value is reached. Since the corresponding deterioration status is notified, even for aging deterioration corresponding to the period of use, by setting the deterioration count value in advance corresponding to the period of use, the deterioration count including both environmental stress and period of use can be calculated. It is possible to determine the deterioration with high accuracy by the value.
(Effect of Notifying the Necessity of Inspection, Confirmation or Investigation)
In addition to notifying the deterioration status, the deterioration determination unit also notifies the need for inspection, confirmation, or investigation of the fire detector that was the target of the deterioration status notification. It is possible to inspect, confirm, or investigate the fire detector for which the state of deterioration has been reported, and to take appropriate measures such as replacing the fire detector with a spare fire detector based on the results.
(Effect of multistage notification of deterioration status)
Further, the deterioration determination unit sets predetermined deterioration thresholds in multiple stages, and every time the deterioration count value reaches the deterioration threshold of each stage, the deterioration status corresponding to the deterioration threshold of each stage is notified. Depending on the degree of progress of deterioration, notification is divided into multiple stages such as deterioration warning and deterioration abnormality, enabling appropriate measures to be taken according to the degree of deterioration progress.
(Effect of notifying deterioration status for each environmental stress)
In addition, since the deterioration determination unit reports the deterioration status separately for each environmental stress of the fire detector, when the deterioration is notified, the deterioration is caused by any of temperature, humidity, impact vibration, or electrical noise. For example, in the case of deterioration determination due to temperature stress, it is possible to reduce temperature fluctuations so as to suppress deterioration of the fire detector due to temperature stress.
(Effect of updating the deterioration threshold based on fire detector test anomalies)
Further, when the test abnormality is determined in any of the plurality of fire detectors, the deterioration determination unit updates the deterioration threshold value based on the deterioration count value of the fire detector for which the test abnormality was determined. If the deterioration count value of the fire detector that caused the test abnormality is known, by updating this deterioration count value or a count value close to this as the deterioration threshold, the deterioration can be judged before the test abnormality is judged. , can be dealt with appropriately.
(Effect of updating deterioration threshold based on non-fire alarm of fire detector)
In addition, when the non-fire alarm occurs in any of the plurality of fire detectors, the deterioration determination unit updates the deterioration threshold value based on the deterioration count value of the fire detector when the non-fire alarm occurs. If the deterioration count value of the fire detector that generated the non-fire alarm is known, by updating this deterioration count value or a count value close thereto as the deterioration threshold, the deterioration can be determined before the non-fire alarm is issued. and can be dealt with appropriately.
(Effect of list display of deterioration status)
In addition, the deterioration determination unit displays a list of the deterioration status of the fire detector based on a predetermined operation instruction. is issued, etc., it is possible to check the progress of deterioration and the cause of non-fire by displaying a list of the deterioration status of a specific fire detector or all fire detectors on the disaster prevention receiver panel.
(Effect of list display of environmental stress)
In addition, the deterioration determination unit displays a list of the environmental stresses of the fire detector based on a predetermined operation instruction. When is issued, it is possible to check the progress of deterioration and the cause of non-fire by displaying a list of environmental stresses such as a specific fire detector or all fire detectors on the disaster prevention receiver panel.
(Effect of list display for each type of environmental stress)
The degradation judgment unit displays a list of multiple types of environmental stresses measured by the fire detector according to a predetermined operation instruction, so that the person in charge can report deterioration abnormalities as necessary. or when a non-fire alarm is issued, etc., the temperature of a specific fire detector or all fire detectors, etc. divided into types such as temperature, humidity, shock vibration and electrical noise on the disaster prevention receiver panel , humidity, and environmental stress are displayed, it is possible to confirm the progress of deterioration and whether or not the main cause of non-fire is the degree of environmental stress, and to take necessary countermeasures.
(Effect of Manually Changing the Degradation Judgment Threshold)
In addition, since the deterioration determination unit changes the deterioration threshold based on a predetermined operation instruction, the person in charge should set the deterioration threshold higher when there is no non-fire alarm even if the deterioration abnormality is reported.

(Deterioration judgment part of the disaster prevention receiver)
The
For this reason, the
In this embodiment, the
The
FIG. 3 is a time chart showing changes in the temperature deterioration count value P1, the humidity deterioration count value P2, the aging deterioration count value P3, and the total deterioration count value P used for deterioration determination. It shows a case where it increases linearly with respect to the year on the axis.
The
In addition to notifying the deterioration alarm, the
Note that the deterioration threshold Pth may be set in two stages, Pth1 and Pth2, for example. In this case, when the deterioration count value sum P reaches the deterioration threshold value Pth1 of the first stage, the
Further, when the deterioration count value sum P reaches the second-stage deterioration threshold value Pth2 higher than the first-stage deterioration threshold value Pth2, the
Further, the deterioration determination by the
That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Further, the
Furthermore, the
By issuing a deterioration alarm corresponding to the deterioration factor in this way, it is possible to determine whether the main cause of deterioration is due to temperature stress, humidity stress, or aging, and the
In addition, regarding the deterioration judgment for each of the temperature deterioration count value P1, the humidity deterioration count value P2, and the aging deterioration count value P3, the judgment threshold is set to two stages, and the deterioration warning is notified by the deterioration judgment by the judgment threshold of the first stage. A deterioration warning may be given based on the deterioration determination based on the second-stage determination threshold higher than the first-stage determination threshold. Further, representative notification may be performed for the deterioration advisory or deterioration warning based on any one of the temperature deterioration count value P1, the humidity deterioration count value P2, and the aging deterioration count value P3.
Further, when the
Taking the total deterioration count value P as an example, assuming that the initially set deterioration threshold value Pth is, for example, Pth=10000, and the deterioration count value P of the
Further, when the

(fire judgment)
The detector control section 54 is provided with the function of the fire determination section 80 as a function realized by executing the program. For example, the fire determination unit 80 determines the presence or absence of a flame by taking the relative ratio of the light reception values (light reception signal levels) output from the amplification processing units 66 and 70 of the right eye fire detection unit 60R and comparing it with a predetermined threshold value. If a fire is detected by judging that there is a flame, the
(Sensitivity test)
The detector control section 54 is provided with the function of the sensitivity test section 82 as a function realized by executing the program. The sensitivity test section 82 operates when it receives a test signal designating its own address from the disaster
For example, taking the sensitivity test of the circuit system of the
The sensitivity test section 82 performs a sensitivity test for each of the circuit blocks of the
For example, in the sensitivity test of the circuit blocks of the
When the detection sensitivity decreases to 1 or less in this way, the sensitivity test unit 82 obtains the detection sensitivity by the sensitivity test, obtains a correction value that is the reciprocal of the detection sensitivity, stores it in the memory, and detects it in the subsequent operation state. The received light value is multiplied by the correction value to perform sensitivity correction, and the fire judgment unit 80 judges a fire based on the sensitivity-corrected light reception value.
Further, the sensitivity test unit 82 is preset with a sensitivity threshold corresponding to the limit at which sensitivity correction is impossible, for example, a sensitivity threshold of 0.5. If it falls below the threshold, it is determined that the

(dirt test)
The detector control section 54 is provided with the function of the contamination test section 84 as a function realized by executing the program. The contamination test section 84 operates when it receives a test signal designating its own address from the disaster
For example, taking a contamination test on the

The detected light reception value obtained in the contamination test at the time of system startup matches the reference light reception value, and the light reduction rate obtained by dividing the value obtained by subtracting the detected light reception value from the reference light reception value by the reference light reception value is 0. . When the light attenuation rate increases in this way, the contamination test unit 84 obtains the light attenuation rate by the contamination test and also obtains a correction value that is the reciprocal of (1-light attenuation rate) and stores it in the memory for subsequent operation. Dirt correction is performed by dividing the light reception value detected in the state (light reception value corrected by the correction value of the sensitivity test) by the correction value, and the fire judgment unit 80 judges a fire from the dirt-corrected light reception value. The received light value detected in the operating state is corrected by the correction value obtained in the sensitivity test and the correction value obtained in the contamination test.
Further, in the contamination test section 84, a contamination threshold, for example, a contamination threshold of 0.5, which is a light attenuation rate corresponding to the limit at which contamination correction is impossible, is set in advance. is greater than or equal to the contamination threshold value or exceeds the contamination threshold value, it is determined that the

[Modification of the present invention]
(environmental stress)
Although the
For the impact vibration, for example, vibration applied to the
As for electrical noise, for example, a voltage sensor or a current sensor detects a surge externally applied to the fire detector to increase the electrical noise degradation count value P5. Electrical noise that increases the electrical noise deterioration count value P5 includes, for example, an induced surge due to a lightning strike, etc., and is assumed to give the fire detector 12 a large mechanical stress.
The voltage sensor and current sensor that measure electrical noise are provided inside the
The impact deterioration count value P4 and the electrical noise deterioration count value P5 thus measured are added to the temperature deterioration count value P1, the humidity deterioration count value P2, and the aging deterioration count value P3 shown in the above embodiment. A count value sum P is obtained, and when the predetermined deterioration threshold value Pth set in advance is exceeded, deterioration is determined and notified.
Further, the
(Increase of deterioration count value)
The
This point is the same for the impact deterioration count value P4 and the electrical noise deterioration count value P5 described above. increase.
(Measurement of environmental stress)
In the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, the temperature sensor and humidity sensor are provided inside the
When installing humidity sensors in a tunnel, divide the tunnel into sections where a predetermined number of fire detectors are installed, and install a humidity sensor in each section. number can be reduced. Such sensor installation for each section is the same for the vibration sensor described above.

As a result, the person in charge, etc., can check the temperature of a specific fire detector or all fire detectors, etc. By displaying temperature, humidity, and environmental stress by classifying them into types such as , humidity, shock vibration, and electrical noise, it is necessary to check the progress of deterioration and whether the main cause of non-fires is the degree of environmental stress. measures can be taken.
(Manual change of deterioration judgment threshold)
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the threshold value for deterioration determination is changed when the
This allows the person in charge, for example, to change the deterioration threshold to a higher value if there is no non-fire alarm even if a deterioration abnormality is reported, thereby suppressing frequent occurrence of deterioration abnormality. If there are many non-fire alarms, it is possible to change the deterioration threshold value to a lower level so that the deterioration abnormality is notified before the non-fire alarm is issued.
(Fire detector operation history)
In addition, the
As a result, the person in charge or the like can, as necessary, detect a
(Fire detector zero point history)
In addition, the
As a result, the person in charge, etc. can set a specific fire detector or all fire detectors to zero on the disaster prevention receiver panel as necessary when a deterioration abnormality is reported or when a non-fire report is issued. By displaying the point history, it is possible to check the deterioration status and the cause of non-fire.
(fire detector)
A two-wavelength type fire detector is taken as an example, but other types may be used. , For example, a three-wavelength flame detector that detects the radiation energy in a wavelength band near 3.8 μm by the same method as the two-wavelength method, and determines the presence or absence of a flame based on the relative ratio of the received light signals in these three wavelength bands. It can also be used as a vessel.
(P-type tunnel disaster prevention system)
The above-described embodiment shows a so-called R-type tunnel disaster prevention system that monitors fires by connecting a fire detector with an address set to a transmission line drawn from a disaster prevention receiver panel, but the present invention is not limited to this. The same applies to a so-called P-type tunnel disaster prevention system in which a signal line is drawn out from the disaster prevention receiving panel for each fire detector and a fire detector is connected to each signal line.
In the P-type tunnel disaster prevention system, information communication is not possible between the disaster prevention receiver and the fire detector. When the deterioration judging unit of the detector judges the deterioration, for example, by setting the signal line to a disconnection state, the deterioration judgment signal is transmitted to the disaster prevention receiving panel to notify the deterioration.
