Abstract
Description
このように構成された本実施の形態の水素製造装置1は、水とメカノケミカル反応させる無機物質(処理物)を撹拌して粉砕させる粉砕処理機2とホールディングタンク3との間で、処理物を循環させる。そして、粉砕処理機2の粉砕容器21内に形成される粉砕室26aの軸線方向の長さ(L)と直径(D)との比(L/D)は、1以下に設定される。

Claims (8)
- 水と無機物質である処理物をメカノケミカル反応させることで水素を製造する水素製造装置であって、
前記処理物の供給口及び排出口と円筒状の粉砕容器とを有するメディア撹拌型湿式粉砕機と、
前記メディア撹拌型湿式粉砕機によって処理される前記処理物のホールディングタンクと、
前記メディア撹拌型湿式粉砕機と前記ホールディングタンクとの間で前記処理物及び水を循環させる循環ラインとを備えていることを特徴とする水素製造装置。 - 前記粉砕容器内に形成される粉砕室の軸線方向の長さ(L)と直径(D)との比(L/D)が1以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記粉砕室の軸線方向の長さ(L)と直径(D)との比(L/D)が1/3以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記粉砕室には、前記軸線方向に間隔を置いて回転軸に取り付けられる2つの撹拌ロータが配置されていて、
前記撹拌ロータは、前記回転軸に固定される円板状であって複数の開口を有する保持板部と、前記保持板部の周縁に設けられる円筒状であって複数の貫通穴を有する撹拌部と、前記撹拌部の外周面に設けられる突起部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の水素製造装置。 - 前記ホールディングタンクは、前記粉砕容器内に形成される粉砕室の容積の300倍以上の容積に形成された大容量タンクであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記処理物は、ケイ素、アルミニウム、鉄、ゲルマニウム、錫、チタン、カルシウム、亜鉛、クロム、マンガン、ジルコニウム、ストロンチウム、銀、リン、マグネシウム、バナジウム、ニッケル、モリブデン、銅、タングステン、コバルト、リチウム、バリウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウムよりなる群から少なくとも1種類以上を含有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の水素製造装置。
- アルカリ成分又は酸成分の添加口を有する反応用タンクと、
前記反応用タンクに前記処理物を送液するために前記循環ラインに接続される送液ラインとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の水素製造装置。 - 水と無機物質である処理物をメカノケミカル反応させることで水素を製造する水素製造方法であって、
円筒状の粉砕容器を有するメディア撹拌型湿式粉砕機とホールディングタンクとの間で前記処理物及び水を循環させて粉砕処理を行う工程と、
前記粉砕処理された前記処理物及び水にアルカリ成分又は酸成分を添加することで水素ガスを発生させる工程とを備えたことを特徴とする水素製造方法。
