- 2ストローク内燃機関(3)の燃焼室(2)への燃料の噴射を制御するための燃料バルブアセンブリ(1)であって、前記燃料バルブアセンブリ(1)は、
第1のバルブ部分(4)と、
第2のバルブ部分(5)と
を備え、
前記バルブ部分(4,5)の一方は、前記バルブ部分の他方の一部を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む部分を備え、
前記バルブ部分の他方の一部を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む部分を備える前記バルブ部分(4,5)の一方は、外面(6)を有し、前記燃料バルブアセンブリは、前記外面の第1の仮想点(8)から前記外面の第2の仮想点(9)に延在し、前記第1のバルブ部分および前記第2のバルブ部分と交差する穴(7)と、前記穴に配置され、前記第1のバルブ部分および前記第2のバルブ部分と係合し、かつ前記第1のバルブ部分および前記第2のバルブ部分を接続する固定部分(10)とをさらに備える、燃料バルブアセンブリ。 - 前記固定部分は、円筒形であり、第1の端面(11)と、第2の端面(12)と、前記固定部分が前記第1のバルブ部分および前記第2のバルブ部分と交差する前記固定部分の一部分に少なくとも配置された細長いスリット(14)とを有し、前記細長いスリットは、前記第1の端面から前記第2の端面の方向に延在する、請求項1に記載の燃料バルブアセンブリ。
- 前記固定部分は、前記固定部分の長手方向軸(15)に対して半径方向に弾性を有する、請求項1または2に記載の燃料バルブアセンブリ。
- 前記固定部分がばね鋼で作られている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料バルブアセンブリ。
- 前記固定部分は、C形状の断面を有する管として形成されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料バルブアセンブリ。
- 前記穴は、内径(ID)を有し、前記固定部分は、外径(OD)を有し、前記外径は、前記内径よりも大きい、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料バルブアセンブリ。
- 前記穴は、前記外面の前記第1の仮想点から前記外面の前記第2の仮想点に延在し、前記第1のバルブ部分および前記第2のバルブ部分と交差し、前記第1のバルブ部分に第1の溝(16)を、および前記第2のバルブ部分に第2の溝(17)を提供し、前記固定部分は、前記穴に配置され、前記第1の溝および前記第2の溝と係合する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料バルブアセンブリ。
- 前記第1のバルブ部分は、ノズル先端(22)であり、前記第2のバルブ部分は、プレチャンバー部分(23)またはバルブハウジング(24)である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料バルブアセンブリ。
- 前記第1のバルブ部分は、第1のバルブハウジング部分(25)であり、前記第2のバルブ部分は、第2のバルブハウジング部分(26)である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料バルブアセンブリ。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の燃料バルブアセンブリを備える内燃機関(3)。
