- ばね、駆動要素および摩擦力発生部材を含み、
前記ばねと前記駆動要素とは、前記駆動要素によって前記ばねを駆動するように接続され、
前記ばねは、固定部、接続部および環状部を含み、
前記接続部は、前記固定部と前記環状部との間に配置され、かつ前記固定部と前記環状部とを接続し、
前記固定部は固定され、
前記当該環状部は、円周方向にらせん状に伸びる規定のばね穴の少なくとも半分のリングを含み、かつ摩擦トルクを発生するように摩擦力発生部材に対してスライドすることを特徴とする、一方向減衰構造。 - 前記一方向減衰構造は、設置シャフトを含み、
前記設置シャフトは、前記摩擦力発生部材として形成され、
前記環状部は、前記環状部の内穴壁と前記設置シャフトのシャフト外面との間の相対的スライドによって摩擦トルクを発生するように、しまりばめで前記設置シャフトにスリーブ化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の一方向減衰構造。 - 前記駆動要素は、前記ばねに隣接する端面に固定穴または固定溝を有し、
前記ばねの前記固定部は、前記固定穴または前記固定溝に収容されて固定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の一方向減衰構造。 - 前記一方向減衰構造は、環状ブッシングをさらに含み、
前記環状ブッシングの内穴壁は、前記摩擦力発生部材として形成され、
前記環状部の外径面と前記環状ブッシングの内穴壁との間の相対的スライドによって摩擦トルクを発生することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の一方向減衰構造。 - 前記環状部の外径面と前記環状ブッシングの内穴壁とは、しまりばめになることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の一方向減衰構造。
- 前記一方向減衰構造は、前記駆動要素から独立した突出構造をさらに含み、
前記固定部は、前記突出構造に固定され、
前記駆動要素は、突出した円環部を含み、
前記円環部は、摩擦力発生部材として形成され、
前記環状部は、前記環状部と前記円環部との間の相対的スライドによって摩擦トルクを発生するように、前記円環部にスリーブ化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の一方向減衰構造。 - 前記突出構造は、少なくとも一つの隆起を含み、
前記固定部は、前記隆起によって囲まれた空間溝によって固定されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の一方向減衰構造。 - 前記円環部と前記駆動要素の周縁は収容溝を規定し、
前記環状部は、前記収容溝に収容され、かつしまりばめで前記円環部にスリーブ化されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の一方向減衰構造。 - 前記一方向減衰構造は、前記駆動要素から独立したベアリング構造をさらに含み、
前記ベアリング構造は、摩擦力発生部材として形成され、
前記環状部は、前記環状部と前記ベアリング構造との間の相対的スライドによって摩擦トルクを発生するように、しまりばめで前記ベアリング構造にスリーブ化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の一方向減衰構造。 - 前記一方向減衰構造は、設置シャフトを含み、
前記駆動要素は、前記設置シャフトにスリーブ化され、
前記駆動要素に面する前記ベアリング構造の表面と前記ベアリング構造に面する前記駆動要素の表面とは、協力して前記設置シャフトを支持することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の一方向減衰構造。 - 前記一方向減衰構造は、回転固定方式で前記駆動要素に接続されたブッシング構造をさらに含み、
前記固定部は、前記ブッシング構造によってクランプされ、
前記環状部は、拡張されて固定溝に設置され、
前記固定溝の内側の円筒面は、摩擦力発生部材として形成され、
前記環状部の外径面と前記固定溝の内側の円筒面との間の相対的スライドによって摩擦トルクを発生することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の一方向減衰構造。 - 前記ブッシング構造は、本体から突き出たクランプ構造およびピンを有し、
前記ブッシング構造は、前記ピンを介して前記駆動要素に接続され、
前記固定部は、前記クランプ構造によってクランプされることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の一方向減衰構造。 - 前記クランプ構造は、前記固定部をクランプするための固定バンプを有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の一方向減衰構造。
- 請求項1-13のいずれか1項に記載の一方向減衰構造を含むことを特徴とする、調整アセンブリ。
- 前記調整アセンブリは、出力構造、設置構造およびドライバーをさらに含み、
前記一方向減衰構造および前記出力構造は、前記設置構造に設置され、
前記ドライバーは、前記一方向減衰構造を介して前記出力構造に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の調整アセンブリ。 - 前記出力構造は、シートベイスンの高さ調整機構に接続され、
前記調整アセンブリは、シートハイトアジャスターとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の調整アセンブリ。 - 前記設置構造は、固定接続されたギアボックスおよびカバープレートを含み、
前記一方向減衰構造および前記出力構造は、前記ギアボックスと前記カバープレートとの間に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の調整アセンブリ。 - 前記調整アセンブリは、ガスケットをさらに含み、
