Claims (8)
- トラック車両(10)用の環状支持構造(100、200)であって、前記環状支持構造(100、200)が、
横方向軸(101)の周りに円周方向に延在する第一のハブ部分(120、220)と、
前記第一のハブ部分(120、220)から半径方向外側に延在する第一のウェブ(130、230)と、
前記第一のウェブ(130、230)から半径方向外側に位置する第一の外側本体部分(140、240)と、
前記横方向軸(101)の周りに円周方向に延在する第二のハブ部分(170、270)であって、内側接合部(150、250)で前記第一のハブ部分(120、220)に隣接する、第二のハブ部分(170、270)と、
前記第一のウェブ(130、230)から間隔を置いた第二のウェブ(180、280)であって、前記第二のハブ部分(170、270)から半径方向外側に延在する、第二のウェブ(180、280)と、
前記第二のウェブ(180、280)から半径方向外側に位置する第二の外側本体部分(190、290)であって、外側接合部(155、255)で前記第一の外側本体部分(140、240)に隣接する、第二の外側本体部分(190、290)と、を備える、環状支持構造。 - 前記外側接合部(155)が、前記第一のハブ部分(120)と前記第二のハブ部分(170)との間に溶接を形成する、請求項1に記載の環状支持構造(100)。
- 前記外側接合部(255)が、前記第一の外側本体部分(240)と前記第二の外側本体部分(290)との間にラップジョイントを形成する、請求項1に記載の環状支持構造(200)。
- 前記第一のウェブ(230)が、前記第二のウェブ(280)に中間接合部(253)で隣接する、請求項1に記載の環状支持構造(200)。
- 前記中間接合部(253)および前記内側接合部(250)が摩擦溶接である、請求項4に記載の環状支持構造(200)。
- 前記外側接合部(155、255)および前記内側接合部(150、250)が、前記環状支持構造(100、200)の横方向中心の周りに円周方向に延在する、請求項1に記載の環状支持構造(100、200)。
- 前記第一の外側本体部分(240)、前記第一のウェブ(230)、および第一のハブ部分(220)が、単一の単片の母材から形成される、請求項5に記載の環状支持構造(200)。
