Description
Claims (17)
- ステータアセンブリと、ロータアセンブリと、内部に前記ステータアセンブリ及び前記ロータアセンブリが配置されるハウジングと、を備える圧縮機であって、
前記ハウジングは、第1の端部と、第2の端部と、前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部の間に設けられる空気入口と、を備え、前記圧縮機は、前記空気入口の内部に配置されるフローガイドを備え、前記フローガイドは、使用中の前記空気入口を流れる空気を、前記ハウジングの前記第1の端部に向かう第1の気流と、前記ハウジングの前記第2の端部に向かう第2の気流に分割するように構成される、圧縮機。 - 前記空気入口は、前記ハウジングの第1の端部及び第2の端部から離隔している、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ハウジングの第1の端部が閉じる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ハウジングの第1の端部は、前記圧縮機の制御回路によって閉じられる、請求項3に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ロータアセンブリは、前記ハウジングの第1の端部の内部に配置される少なくとも1つの磁石を備える、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁石は、前記少なくとも1つの磁石が前記空気入口と少なくとも部分的に位置ずれするように、前記ハウジングの第1の端部の内部に配置される、請求項6に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ハウジングは全体的に略円筒形状であり、前記空気入口は、前記ハウジングの曲面上に配置される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記フローガイド及び前記ハウジングは、固定手段によって互いに取り付けられる別個の構成要素を備える、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記固定手段は、前記フローガイド及び/又は前記ハウジングに形成される少なくとも1つの留め具を備える、請求項8に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記空気入口は、前記ハウジング内に形成される窓を備え、前記窓は、少なくとも2つの対向縁部を有し、前記フローガイドは、少なくとも2つの留め具を備え、前記少なくとも2つの留め具は、前記フローガイドが前記空気入口の内部に配置されるように、前記少なくとも2つの対向縁部と係合可能である、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記フローガイドはガイド面を備え、前記ガイド面は前記少なくとも2つの留め具に対して傾斜する、請求項10に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ロータアセンブリは、ロータ磁石と、少なくとも1つの軸受と、を備え、前記ロータ磁石及び前記少なくとも1つの軸受は、前記ハウジングの内部において、前記空気入口と前記ハウジングの前記第2の端部の間に少なくとも部分的に配置される、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ロータアセンブリは、前記ハウジングの前記第1の端部に配置される第1の軸受と、前記ハウジングの前記第2の端部に配置される第2の軸受と、を備える、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ステータアセンブリは、少なくとも1つのステータ鉄心と、前記少なくとも1つのステータ鉄心の周りに巻き付けられる少なくとも1相の巻線と、を備え、前記少なくとも1つステータ鉄心及び前記少なくとも1相の巻線は、前記ハウジングの内部において、前記空気入口と前記ハウジングの前記第2の端部の間に少なくとも部分的に配置される、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ハウジングは、複数の空気入口と、単一のフローガイドを備え、前記単一のフローガイドは、単一の空気入口の内部に配置される、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ハウジングは、複数の空気入口と、複数のフローガイドを備え、各フローガイドは、各空気入口の内部に配置される、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機を備える、真空掃除機。
