Abstract
Description
成分A:ポリカーボネート40重量部~90重量部と、
成分B:ポリシロキサンブロック共重合体1.5重量部~50重量部と、
成分C:ガラス繊維5重量部~60重量部と、
成分D:リン含有化合物0.1重量部~30重量部と、
成分E:ポリオレフィン化合物0.01重量部~30重量部と、
を含む。
成分A:ポリカーボネート40重量部~90重量部と、
成分B:ポリシロキサンブロック共重合体3.5重量部~45重量部と、
成分C:ガラス繊維5重量部~60重量部と、
成分D:リン含有化合物8重量部~12重量部と、
成分E:ポリオレフィン化合物6重量部~10重量部と、
を含む。
好ましくは、前記芳香族ポリカーボネートは粘度平均分子量13000~40000の芳香族ポリカーボネートであり、好ましくは、粘度平均分子量18000~28000の芳香族ポリカーボネートである。粘度平均分子量が上記範囲であれば、機械的強度が良好であり、優れた成形性を維持することができる。粘度平均分子量は、溶媒として塩化メチレンを用いてテスト温度が25℃である溶液粘度から計算したものである。
ポリカーボネート、ポリシロキサンブロック共重合体、リン含有化合物、ポリオレフィン化合物、その他の助剤を配合比で秤量し、高速混合機で1~3min撹拌してブレンドし、プレミックスを得るステップ1)と、
得られたプレミックスを二軸押出機の主供給口に入れ、サイド供給口にガラス繊維を加えて溶融押出し、造粒乾燥すると完成するステップ2)と
を含む。
Izodノッチなし衝撃強度のテスト方法:ASTM D256-2010標准に準じる。
引張強度のテスト方式:ASTM D638-2014標准に準じて、引張速度は10mm/min。
曲げ弾性率のテスト方式:ASTM D790-2010標准に準じて、曲げ速度は2mm/min。
流動性のテスト方法:ASTM D1238-2013標準に準じて、溶融温度は300℃。
本発明で使用されるポリカーボネート:
成分A‐1:粘度平均分子量18000の芳香族ポリカーボネート、日本出光社製、
成分A‐2:粘度平均分子量27000の芳香族ポリカーボネート、日本出光社製、
本発明で使用されるポリシロキサンブロック共重合体:
成分B‐1:シロキサン含有量8wt%のポリシロキサンブロック共重合体、日本出光社製
成分B‐2:シロキサン含有量34wt%のポリシロキサンブロック共重合体、日本出光社製
本発明で使用されるガラス繊維:
成分C‐1:日本東洋紡社製
本発明で使用するリン含有化合物:
成分D‐1:次亜リン酸、アラジン社製
成分D‐2:リン酸ナトリウム、博徳化工社製
本発明で使用されるポリオレフィン化合物:
成分E‐1:ポリエチレン、シノペック社製
成分E‐2:ポリX-オレフィン、創新化工社製
本発明で使用されるその他の助剤:
成分F‐1:安定剤:2112、アデカ社製
成分F‐2:潤滑剤:PETS、ロンザ社製
ポリカーボネート、ポリシロキサンブロック共重合体、リン含有化合物、ポリオレフィン化合物、その他の助剤を配合比で秤量し、高速混合機で1~3min撹拌してブレンドしし、プレミックスを得た。得られたプレミックスを二軸押出機の主供給口に入れ、サイド供給口にガラス繊維を加えて溶融押出し、造粒乾燥してガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料を得た。上記ガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料について、Izodノッチ衝撃強度、Izodノッチなし衝撃強度、引張強度、曲げ弾性率、流動性をテストし、得られたデータを表1に示す。
Claims (12)
- ガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料であって、
成分A:ポリカーボネート40重量部~90重量部と、
成分B:ポリシロキサンブロック共重合体1.5重量部~50重量部と、
成分C:ガラス繊維5重量部~60重量部と、
成分D:リン含有化合物0.1重量部~30重量部と、
成分E:ポリオレフィン化合物0.01重量部~30重量部と
を含む、複合材料。 - 成分A:ポリカーボネート40重量部~90重量部と、
成分B:ポリシロキサンブロック共重合体3.5重量部~45重量部と、
成分C:ガラス繊維5重量部~60重量部と、
成分D:リン含有化合物8重量部~12重量部と、
成分E:ポリオレフィン化合物6重量部~10重量部と
を含む、請求項1に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料。 - 前記ガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料中、組成物全重量に占めるシロキサン含有量の百分率が0.6wt%~17wt%、好ましくは2.8wt%~12wt%である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料。
- 前記ガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料中、リン元素とケイ素元素の重量比が1:0.1~3.2、好ましくは1:0.6~2.5である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料。
- 前記ポリカーボネートは、芳香族ポリカーボネート、脂肪族ポリカーボネート、芳香族‐脂肪族ポリカーボネート、分岐ポリカーボネートから選択される1種又は数種であり、好ましくは芳香族ポリカーボネートであり、前記芳香族ポリカーボネートは、粘度平均分子量13000~40000の芳香族ポリカーボネートであり、好ましくは、粘度平均分子量18000~28000の芳香族ポリカーボネートである、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料。
- 前記ポリシロキサンブロック共重合体は、ポリジメチルシロキサンブロックとビスフェノールAのポリカーボネートブロックを含み、シロキサン含有量が成分Bの重量に対して0.6wt%~36wt%である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料。
- 前記リン含有化合物は、酸素含有リン酸、リン酸塩類及びその誘導体から選択され、前記酸素含有リン酸は、リン酸及び/又は次亜リン酸から選択され、前記リン酸塩類及びその誘導体は、リン酸ナトリウム及び/又は次亜リン酸亜鉛から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料。
- 前記ポリオレフィン化合物は、飽和直鎖型のポリオレフィン、不飽和結合を含有するポリオレフィン、部分分岐鎖を含有するポリオレフィン、変性ポリオレフィンから選択される1種又は数種であり、前記飽和直鎖型のポリオレフィンは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブテンから選択される1種又は数種であり、前記不飽和結合を含有するポリオレフィンは、ポリブタジエン及びその誘導体から選択され、前記部分分岐鎖を含有するポリオレフィンは、ポリX‐オレフィンから選択され、前記変性ポリオレフィンは、エポキシ変性ポリオレフィン、無水マレイン酸変性ポリオレフィンから選択される1種又は数種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料。
- ガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料の重量に対して、成分F:その他の助剤0~10重量部をさらに含み、前記その他の助剤は、安定剤、難燃剤、防滴剤、潤滑剤、離型剤、可塑剤、充填剤、帯電防止剤、抗菌剤、着色剤から選択される1種又は数種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料。
- ポリカーボネート、ポリシロキサンブロック共重合体、リン含有化合物、ポリオレフィン化合物、その他の助剤を配合比で秤量し、高速混合機で1~3min撹拌してブレンドし、プレミックスを得るステップ1)と、
得られたプレミックスを二軸押出機の主供給口に入れ、サイド供給口にガラス繊維を加えて溶融押出し、造粒乾燥すると完成するステップ2)と
を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記二軸押出機のアスペクト比は46:1~50:1であり、前記二軸押出機の温度は、供給部からヘッド部に向かって順に、ゾーン1の温度は120℃~160℃、ゾーン2の温度は200℃~230℃、ゾーン3の温度は200℃~230℃、ゾーン4の温度は200℃~220℃、ゾーン5の温度は200℃~220℃、ゾーン6の温度は200℃~220℃、ゾーン7の温度は200℃~220℃、ゾーン8の温度は200℃~220℃、ゾーン9の温度は200℃~220℃、ゾーン10の温度は200℃~220℃、ゾーン11の温度は200℃~220℃であり、ヘッドの温度は220℃~240℃であり、本体の回転速度は350回転/分~500回転/分である、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料の製造方法。
- 請求項10に記載の製造方法により得られるガラス繊維強化ポリカーボネート複合材料の自動車、電子・電気、通信産業、建築産業における使用。
