Description

ここで、各成形品層の生産後、第1の相対移動によって、印刷台と印刷スクリーンとの間の距離が長くなり、
第2の位置決め部によって、1つの印刷スクリーンの異なる印刷マスクが少なくとも1つの成形品が作られる成形品位置で次々に位置決めされるように印刷台と印刷スクリーンとの間で少なくとも1つの第2の相対移動を行うステップを備える。

Claims (15)
- 成形品(20)が層ごとに作られる3Dスクリーン印刷方法で、少なくとも1つの成形品(20)を生産するための3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの成形品(20)が層ごとに生産されることができる印刷台(18)と、
層ごとに前記成形品(20)を生産するための層の幾何学的形状を有する少なくとも1つの印刷マスク(26)を有する印刷スクリーン(24)と、
前記印刷スクリーン(24)上へ印刷材料(32)を塗布し且つ前記印刷マスク(26)に前記材料を加工して成形品層(22)を生産するように構成された塗布部(30)と、
各成形品層(22)の前記生産後に第1の相対移動(R1)によって前記印刷台(18)と前記印刷スクリーン(24)との間の距離を長くするように構成された第1の位置決め部(16)とを備え、
前記印刷スクリーン(24)は複数の印刷マスク(26)を備え、前記3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)は、前記1つの印刷スクリーン(24)の異なる印刷マスク(26)が個々の成形品(20)が作られる成形品位置で次々に位置決め可能となるように前記印刷台(18)と前記印刷スクリーン(24)との間で第2の相対移動(R2)を行うように構成された第2の位置決め部(28)を備えることを特徴とする、3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)。 - 前記第2の位置決め部(28)は、前記印刷台(18)と前記1つの印刷スクリーン(24)との間の前記第2の相対移動(R2)が、前記印刷台(18)又は前記印刷スクリーン(24)によって画定された平面内で行われるように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)。
- 前記第2の位置決め部(28)は、前記印刷台(18)と前記1つの印刷スクリーン(24)との間の前記第2の相対移動(R2)を回転及び/又は並進移動として行うように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)。
- 前記3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)は、前記成形品(20)及び/又は個々の成形品層(22)の温度を制御するように構成された加熱部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)。
- 前記第2の位置決め部(28)は、回転軸(D)を中心として前記印刷台(18)と前記1つの印刷スクリーン(24)との間で回転相対移動(R1、R2)を行うように構成され、複数の印刷マスク(26)が前記回転軸(D)を中心とする少なくとも1つの同心円上の前記印刷スクリーン(24)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)。
- 前記回転軸(D)を中心とした複数の同心円が前記印刷スクリーン(24)に設けられ、前記同心円のそれぞれに複数の印刷マスク(26)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)。
- 前記回転軸(D)を中心とする共通の同心円上の前記印刷スクリーン(24)に配置された全ての印刷マスク(26)が、生産される層の幾何学的形状及び/又は前記マスクの幾何学的配列に関して同一であることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)。
- 前記印刷スクリーン(24)における全ての印刷マスク(26)が前記回転軸(D)を中心とした前記共通の同心円上に等距離に配置され、2つの印刷マスク(26)間の角度が完全な円の整数倍数に対応することを特徴とする、請求項5から7までのいずれか一項に記載の3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)。
- 成形品(20)が層ごとに作られる3Dスクリーン印刷方法で、少なくとも1つの成形品(20)を生産するための方法であって、
印刷台(18)上で層ごとに前記少なくとも1つの成形品(20)を生産するために、それぞれが層の幾何学的形状を有する複数の印刷マスク(26)を有する印刷スクリーン(24)上へ印刷材料(32)を塗布し、成形品層(22)を生産するために、前記印刷材料(32)を前記印刷スクリーン(24)の少なくとも1つの印刷マスク(26)に加工するステップを備え、
各成形品層(22)の前記生産後、第1の相対移動(R1)によって、前記印刷台(18)と前記印刷スクリーン(24)との間の距離が長くなり、
第2の位置決め部(28)によって、前記1つの印刷スクリーン(24)の異なる印刷マスク(26)が前記少なくとも1つの成形品(20)が作られる成形品位置で次々に位置決めされるように前記印刷台(18)と前記印刷スクリーン(24)との間で少なくとも1つの第2の相対移動(R2)を行うステップを備える、方法。 - 前記3Dスクリーン印刷方法を行うために請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の3Dスクリーン印刷装置(10)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷台(18)と前記1つの印刷スクリーン(24)との間の前記第2の相対移動(R2)は、前記印刷台(18)又は前記印刷スクリーン(24)によって画定された平面内で前記第2の位置決め部(28)によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷台(18)と前記1つの印刷スクリーン(24)との間の前記第2の相対移動(R2)は回転及び/又は並進移動として行われることを特徴とする、請求項9から11までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形品(20)及び/又は各個々の成形品層(22)の温度が加熱部によって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項9から12までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷台(18)と前記1つの印刷スクリーン(24)との間の回転相対移動(R1、R2)は、前記第2の位置決め部(28)によって回転軸(D)を中心として行われ、前記印刷材料(32)は、複数の印刷マスク(26)が前記回転軸(D)を中心とする少なくとも1つの同心円上に配置された印刷スクリーン(24)へ塗布され、前記印刷材料(32)は、前記成形品層(22)を生産するために、前記印刷マスク(26)に加工されることを特徴とする、請求項9から13までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項9から14までのいずれか一項に記載の3Dスクリーン印刷方法で達成可能である、成形品(20)。
