Claims (12)
- 内側層(2)と、内側層(2)に直接隣接した二つの外側層(3,4)とを含む少なくとも三つの略平坦な層を有し、それらのうち少なくとも内側層(2)がダイヤモンド研磨粒子をある割合で有する多層循環砥石車(1)において、内側層(2)における研磨粒子中のダイヤモンドの割合が外側層(3,4)におけるその割合より大きいことを特徴とする砥石車。
- 内側層(2)が、研磨粒子中に少なくとも50重量%の割合のダイヤモンドを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の砥石車。
- 内側層(2)が、研磨粒子中に少なくとも75重量%の割合のダイヤモンドを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の砥石車。
- 内側層(2)が、研磨粒子中に少なくとも90重量%の割合のダイヤモンドを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の砥石車。
- 外側層(3,4)が、それぞれ研磨粒子中に90重量%未満の割合のダイヤモンドを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載の砥石車。
- 外側層(3,4)が、それぞれ研磨粒子中に75重量%未満の割合のダイヤモンドを有することを特徴とする請求項1,3,4に記載の砥石車。
- 外側層(3,4)が、それぞれ研磨粒子中に50重量%未満の割合のダイヤモンドを有することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の砥石車。
- 砥石車(1)が、研磨粒子を含む正確に三つの層(2,3,4)を有することを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の砥石車。
- 外側層(3,4)が、同じ構造、特に同じ軸方向厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の砥石車。
- 内側層(2)及び外側層(3,4)が合成樹脂結合で作られることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の砥石車。
- ボールの研磨のための請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の砥石車(1)の使用。
- 砥石車(1)が、外側で金属支持プレート(13)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の使用。
