・一部は、バイオエタノールの生産を目的とした発酵プロセスにそのまま使用することができ、
・残りの部分は、最初に多重効用蒸発器によって濃縮され、次いで蒸留され、それにより、主にMatter Organic Non Glycerol(MONG)、塩(主にNaCl)及びアッシュ(灰)からなる、加水分解プロセス中に水によって除去される不純物を含有する残渣から、精製された(純粋な)グリセロールを分離することが可能になり得る。
Claims (11)
- バイオ燃料生産プラントにおける水素化及び異性化の前処理プロセスにおいて、フライ油、カテゴリー1の動物性脂肪、残油、又はモノグリセリド、ジグリセリド、トリグリセリド及び遊離脂肪酸からなる副生成物などの二次原料を含む有機供給材料からなる未処理のストリームであって、不純物を含まないモノグリセリド、ジグリセリド及びトリグリセリドの混合物からなり、エステル化ユニットから出るリサイクルストリームに加えられる、未処理のストリームから実行され、前記プロセスは、制御された圧力及び温度条件下で、過剰の水による加水分解によって行われ、その結果、流入する供給材料のグリセロール及び脂肪酸への部分的又は完全な変換が得られ、加水分解プロセスに導入された前記過剰の水は、イオン形態で存在する様々な性質の不純物の溶媒として作用し、その結果、前記流入する供給材料に含まれる重金属及び塩化物の大部分が除去されることを特徴とする、前処理プロセス。

- グリセロール、水、及び不純物からなるストリームをバイオ燃料生産ラインから除去しながら、後続のプロセスに有害な成分を含まない脂肪酸のストリームが前記加水分解前処理から出力されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記前処理から出る生成物に含有され、蒸発によって濃縮され、蒸留によって精製された前記グリセロールは、ある量の前記グリセロールと前記前処理から出た脂肪酸からなる生成物の一部とをエステル化ユニットに導くことによって分けられ、グリセロールの残りの部分はそのまま市場に出される、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 脂肪酸からなり前記前処理から出る生成物が、バイオ燃料を生成するための後続の水素化及び異性化工程に完全に又は部分的に送られることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- グリセロールの濃縮から生じ、ひいては不純物を含まない蒸気ストリームが、凝縮されて前記加水分解プロセスに送られ、ユーティリティの消費量の低減と濃縮プラントからの水の完全な回収とを可能にする、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- フライ油、カテゴリー1の動物性脂肪、残油、又はモノグリセリド、ジグリセリド、トリグリセリド及び遊離脂肪酸からなる副生成物などの二次原料を含む有機供給材料からなる未処理のストリームであって、不純物を含まないモノグリセリド、ジグリセリド及びトリグリセリドの混合物からなり、エステル化ユニットから出るリサイクルストリームに加えられる、未処理のストリームからバイオ燃料を生産するための装置であって、
流入する供給材料の加水分解反応が制御された圧力及び温度条件下の水によって行われる少なくとも1つの前処理反応器と、
得られた脂肪酸を含む、前記前処理から出るストリームを処理するための少なくとも1つの水素化反応器と、
バイオ燃料を生産するための少なくとも1つの異性化反応器と、
水とグリセロールとからなり、加水分解から出るストリームの洗浄器であって、塩酸(HCl)による少なくとも1つの処理と、(NaOH又はCaOによる)少なくとも1つの中和と、少なくとも1つの濾過とを含む洗浄器と、
前記洗浄器から出るグリセロールを含有するストリームを濃縮するための少なくとも1つの蒸発器と、
前記蒸発器から出るグリセロールを精製するための少なくとも1つの蒸留塔と、
前記蒸留塔からの、市場に出されない精製された過剰のグリセロールと、脂肪酸からなり、前記前処理反応器から出たある量の生成物と、を受け取るのに適した、グリセロールと脂肪酸とを反応させるための少なくとも1つのエステル化反応器と、
を含む装置。 - 請求項5に記載のプロセスに従って得られる生成物であって、脂肪酸からなり、前記前処理から出る、リンの濃度が5ppm未満であり、カルシウム及びマグネシウムの濃度が5ppm未満である、生成物。
