Claims (6)
- 混合された空気を用いて微粉塵を吸着する微粉塵低減装置であって、
外部の空気を流入させて混合し、微粉塵の吸着を介して除去する装置本体と、
前記装置本体の一部分に設けられ、流入した外部空気とヘリウムガスとを混合する密閉型の空気混合ユニットと、
前記装置本体の一部分に設けられ、微粉塵を吸着する吸着溶液を製造する吸着溶液製造ユニットと、
前記空気混合ユニットに連結されながら前記吸着溶液製造ユニットに連結され、前記吸着溶液を用いて、外部へ発散する気泡を生成する気泡生成ユニットと、
前記空気混合ユニット及び前記気泡生成ユニットにそれぞれ連結され、空気の流動を制御して前記気泡生成ユニットにおける気泡生成を誘導する流動制御ユニットと、
前記装置本体の一部分に設置され、前記空気混合ユニット、吸着溶液製造ユニット、気泡生成ユニット及び流動制御ユニットにそれぞれ連結され、前記空気混合ユニット、吸着溶液製造ユニット、気泡生成ユニット及び流動制御ユニットの作動を制御するコントローラと、を含むことを特徴とする、軽量混合空気を用いた微粉塵低減装置。 - 前記吸着溶液製造ユニットは、
設定された粒子サイズのクリノプチロライト、多孔質長石、活性炭、及び結合剤であるバインダー粉末を所定の比率で混合して製造された混合吸着剤と、
前記混合吸着剤に所定の比率で混合されて前記混合吸着剤を希釈させる混合水と、
前記混合吸着剤と前記混合水とを所定の時間振盪し、攪拌して吸着溶液を生成する振盪機と、を含み、
前記混合吸着剤は、
イオン結合が可能であって微粉塵を吸着することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軽量混合空気を用いた微粉塵低減装置。 - 前記吸着溶液に、水分蒸発と気圧減少による破泡を防止するために所定の量の水飴を添加することにより、空気滴の張力を向上させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軽量混合空気を用いた微粉塵低減装置。
- 前記気泡生成ユニットは、
前記吸着溶液製造ユニットで製造された前記吸着溶液が収容され、一部分に気泡噴出口が形成されている吸着溶液収容器と、
前記吸着溶液収容器に下部半円が浸かった状態で自体回転しながら前記吸着溶液を移動させる回転水車と、
前記回転水車の外部境界に所定のサイズの直径で所定の間隔離隔した状態で取り付けられ、前記回転水車の回転時に気泡を発生させるばねと、
前記回転水車に連結され、前記回転水車が回転する動力を提供する回転水車駆動器と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軽量混合空気を用いた微粉塵低減装置。 - 前記流動制御ユニットは、
前記空気混合ユニットと前記気泡生成ユニットにそれぞれ連結され、前記空気混合ユニットと前記気泡生成ユニットとを連通させる空気流路と、
前記空気流路の両側にそれぞれ設置され、前記空気混合ユニットで混合された空気を前記気泡生成ユニットに誘導する二重ブロワーと、
前記二重ブロワーに連結され、前記二重ブロワーが作動する動力を提供するブロワー駆動器と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の軽量混合空気を用いた微粉塵低減装置。 - 前記コントローラの制御によって、前記二重ブロワーの回転数は、前記回転水車と連動して調節されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の軽量混合空気を用いた微粉塵低減装置。
