Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの圧縮シリンダと少なくとも1つの往復ピストンで構成される少なくとも1つの機能構造部と、
前記圧縮シリンダ内で前記往復ピストンを往復運動させることができる少なくとも1つの電気モータと、
前記レシプロコンプレッサのヘッドに配置されて、前記圧縮シリンダに出入りする流体の流れを制御することができる少なくとも1組のバルブと、
前記レシプロコンプレッサの前記ヘッドに隣接して配置可能な少なくとも1つのヘッドカバー(1)と、
前記レシプロコンプレッサの前記ヘッドに隣接して配置可能な少なくとも1つの出口経路(41)を備えた少なくとも1つの出口パイプ(4)を有する少なくとも1つの吸音フィルタ(3)と、
を有するレシプロコンプレッサであって、
前記吸音フィルタ(3)は、締結部(6)を用いて前記ヘッドカバー(1)に締結され、
前記レシプロコンプレッサでは、
前記ヘッドカバー(1)は、前記吸音フィルタ(3)の前記出口パイプ(4)を少なくとも部分的に収容する収容空間(2)を備え、前記収容空間(2)は、前記ヘッドカバー(1)のエッジ部(21)と前記ヘッドカバー(1)の壁部(22)とにより規定され、当該壁部(22)は、前記ヘッドカバー(1)の前記収容空間(2)に面した少なくとも一つのリブ(23)を有し、
前記吸音フィルタ(3)は、前記出口パイプ(4)の側方向部分の少なくとも一部に配置されたインターフェース壁(5)を備え、前記インターフェース壁(5)は、前記出口経路(41)の反対方向に向く少なくとも1つのリブ(51)を備え、
前記締結部(6)は、前記ヘッドカバー(1)の前記収容空間(2)の輪郭に類似した輪郭を有する、変形可能な金属要素から構成され、
前記ヘッドカバー(1)の前記壁部分(22)の前記リブ(23)と、前記吸音フィルタ(3)の前記出口パイプ(4)の前記インターフェース壁(5)の前記リブ(51)は、相補的に整列し、
前記締結部(6)は、前記吸音フィルタ(3)の前記出口パイプ(4)が前記ヘッドカバー(1)の前記収容空間(2)に嵌合されたときに変形するように、前記ヘッドカバー(1)の壁セグメント(22)の前記リブ(23)と前記吸音フィルタ(3)の前記出口パイプ(4)の前記インターフェース壁(5)の前記リブ(51)との間に配置されることを特徴とするレシプロコンプレッサ。 - 前記収容空間(2)は、前記ヘッドカバー(1)がカバーする領域の外側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレシプロコンプレッサ。
- 前記吸音フィルタ(3)の前記出口パイプ(4)が前記ヘッドカバー(1)の前記収容空間(2)に嵌合する場合、前記出口パイプ(4)と前記収容空間(2)はスライド嵌合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレシプロコンプレッサ。
- 前記壁部分(22)の各リブ(23)は、前記出口パイプ(4)の前記インターフェース壁(5)の2つのリブ(51)の間に相補的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレシプロコンプレッサ。
- 前記壁部分(22)の各リブ(23)が前記締結部(6)に部分的変形を生じさせ、前記締結部(6)の各変形部分(61)が前記出口パイプ(4)の前記インターフェース壁(5)の2つのリブ(51)の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のレシプロコンプレッサ。
- 前記吸音フィルタ(3)の前記出口パイプ(4)が前記ヘッドカバー(1)の前記収容空間(2)へ嵌合する場合、前記嵌合は、前記出口パイプ(4)の前記インターフェース壁(5)の2つのリブ(51)と、前記締結部(6)の前記変形部分(61)と、前記壁部分(22)のリブ(23)との間で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のレシプロコンプレッサ。
