Claims (11)
- バッテリーセルに接続され、内部に備えられた複数のスイッチの動作状態によって前記バッテリーセルから出力される直流電流が交流電流に変換されて出力されるように構成されたインバータと、
前記インバータで変換された交流電流が出力される診断ラインに接続され、前記診断ラインの電圧を測定し、測定結果を出力するように構成された測定部と、
前記診断ラインに接続される複数のキャパシタが備えられ、前記複数のスイッチの動作状態を制御し、前記測定部から出力された測定結果を受信し、受信した測定結果に基づいて前記複数のキャパシタの状態を診断するように構成された制御部と、を含む、バッテリー管理装置。 - 前記インバータは、
前記バッテリーセルが接続され、前記複数のスイッチ及び複数の1次コイルが直列に配置された第1単位回路と、
前記診断ラインに接続され、前記複数の1次コイルに対応する2次コイルが配置された第2単位回路と、を含むように構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記複数のスイッチは、第1スイッチ及び第2スイッチを含み、
前記制御部は、所定の周期毎に前記第1スイッチの動作状態と前記第2スイッチの動作状態とを交互に制御するように構成された、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記測定部は、
前記制御部から測定命令を受信すれば、前記診断ライン上に備えられたシャント抵抗の両端電圧を測定し、測定された両端電圧間の差を算出するように構成された、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
動作状態によって前記複数のキャパシタのうち前記診断ラインに接続されるキャパシタが選択されるように形成された第3スイッチを含み、前記第3スイッチの動作状態を制御して前記複数のキャパシタのそれぞれの状態を診断するように構成された、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記受信した測定結果と参照値とに所定の差がある場合、前記第3スイッチの動作状態を制御するように構成された、請求項5に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数のキャパシタのうち所定のキャパシタが前記診断ラインに接続されるように前記第3スイッチの動作状態を制御した後、前記交流電流が出力されるように前記複数のスイッチの動作状態を制御し、前記測定部から受信した再測定結果に基づいて前記所定のキャパシタの状態を診断するように構成された、請求項6に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、複数で備えられ、
複数のバッテリーセルと前記インバータとの間に接続され、前記制御部から受信したセル選択命令に従って前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち前記インバータに接続されるバッテリーセルを選択するように構成されたセル選択部をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数のキャパシタをそれぞれ含む複数のスレーブ制御部と、
前記複数のスレーブ制御部に接続され、前記セル選択部に前記セル選択命令を送信するマスター制御部と、を含み、
前記インバータと前記複数のスレーブ制御部との間に接続され、前記マスター制御部から受信したスレーブ選択命令に従って前記複数のスレーブ制御部のうち前記診断ラインを通じて前記インバータに接続されるスレーブ制御部を選択するように構成されたスレーブ選択部をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、複数で備えられ、
前記インバータは、複数のバッテリーセルのそれぞれに対応するように複数で備えられ、
前記制御部は、
複数のインバータのそれぞれに対応し、前記複数のキャパシタがそれぞれ備えられるように構成された複数のスレーブ制御部と、
前記複数のスレーブ制御部に接続され、前記複数のスレーブ制御部のうち備えられた複数のキャパシタの状態を診断するスレーブ制御部を指定するように構成されたマスター制御部を含むように構成された、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 請求項1から10のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置を含むバッテリーパック。
