Claims (18)
- 車両において使用するための熱管理システム(2)であって、
当該熱管理システム(2)は、バッテリ(10)のための第1の冷却回路(4)と、前記車両を駆動するための電気モータ(12)のための第2の冷却回路(6)とを含み、
2つの前記冷却回路(4,6)は、多位置弁(14)により、
前記システム(2)の第1のモードにあって、かつ前記多位置弁(14)の第1の弁位置では、互いに直列に接続され、
前記システム(2)の第2のモードにあって、かつ前記多位置弁(14)の第2の弁位置では、互いに並列に接続され、
前記システム(2)の第3のモードにあって、かつ第3の弁位置では、前記多位置弁(14)が中間位置をとり、前記中間位置において、2つの前記冷却回路(4,6)の冷却液の流れが必要に応じて互いに混合される
ことを特徴とする、熱管理システム(2)。 - 前記多位置弁(14)は、4ポート2位置弁の形態で構成されている、請求項1記載の熱管理システム(2)。
- 前記第2の冷却回路(6)において前記電気モータ(12)の下流に、さらなる多位置弁(18)が設けられており、前記さらなる多位置弁(18)は、冷却液の流れを選択的に、ラジエータ(24)を有する経路(22)を介して導き、かつ/または前記経路(22)に対して並列な、前記ラジエータ(24)を迂回するための経路(20)(バイパス経路(20))を介して導く、請求項2記載の熱管理システム(2)。
- 前記さらなる多位置弁(18)は、3ポート2位置弁の形態で構成されている、請求項3記載の熱管理システム(2)。
- 前記多位置弁(14)は、5ポート3位置弁の形態で構成されており、
前記5ポート3位置弁は、ラジエータ(24)を迂回するための前記第2の冷却回路(6)のバイパス経路(20)と、前記バイパス経路(20)に対して並列な、前記ラジエータ(24)を有する経路(22)とに流体的に接続されており、
前記バイパス経路(20)および前記ラジエータ経路(22)は、前記電気モータ(12)の下流のノード(KP)から延在する、
請求項1記載の熱管理システム(2)。 - 前記第3の弁位置は、複数の可能な中間位置から設定可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の熱管理システム(2)。
- 個々の前記中間位置は、段階的または無段階に設定可能である、請求項6記載の熱管理システム(2)。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の熱管理システム(2)を有する、車両。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の熱管理システム(2)の2つの冷却回路(4,6)を動作させるための方法であって、
バッテリ(10)のための第1の冷却回路(4)と、車両を駆動するための電気モータ(12)のための第2の冷却回路(6)とが設けられ、
2つの前記冷却回路(4,6)は、多位置弁(14)により、
前記システム(2)の第1のモードにあって、かつ前記多位置弁(14)の第1の弁位置では、互いに直列に接続され、
前記システム(2)の第2のモードにあって、かつ前記多位置弁(14)の第2の弁位置では、互いに並列に接続され、
前記システム(2)の第3のモードにあって、かつ第3の弁位置では、前記多位置弁(14)が中間位置に切り替えられ、前記中間位置において、2つの前記冷却回路(4,6)の冷却液の流れが必要に応じて互いに混合される
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記多位置弁(14)として、4ポート2位置弁が使用される、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記第2の冷却回路(6)において前記電気モータ(12)の下流に、さらなる多位置弁(18)が使用され、前記さらなる多位置弁(18)により、冷却液の流れが選択的に、ラジエータ(24)を有する経路(22)を介して導かれ、かつ/または前記経路(22)に対して並列な、前記ラジエータ(24)を迂回するための経路(20)(バイパス経路(20))を介して導かれる、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記さらなる多位置弁(18)のために、3ポート2位置弁が使用される、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記多位置弁(14)として、5ポート3位置弁が使用され、
前記5ポート3位置弁は、ラジエータ(24)を迂回するための前記第2の冷却回路(6)のバイパス経路(20)と、前記バイパス経路(20)に対して並列な、前記ラジエータ(24)を有する経路(22)とに流体的に接続され、
前記バイパス経路(20)および前記ラジエータ経路(22)は、前記電気モータ(12)の下流のノード(KP)から延在する、
請求項9記載の方法。 - 前記第3の弁位置は、複数の可能な中間位置から設定される、請求項9から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 個々の前記中間位置は、段階的または無段階に設定される、請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記システムの第4のモード(またはバイパスモード)および/または第5のモードが設定され、
前記第4のモードでは、前記バッテリ(10)を加熱するために冷却液が前記バイパス経路(20)を介して導かれ、
これに対して、前記第5のモードでは、前記バッテリ(10)を除熱するために冷却液が前記ラジエータ経路(22)を介して導かれる、
請求項11から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 請求項9から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実行するための、コンピュータプログラム。
