Claims (11)
- 弁座と、前記弁座内に設けられた弁芯と、前記弁座を覆うように設けられた弁蓋と、アクチュエータとを含む、三方弁であって、
前記アクチュエータは前記弁蓋に固定され、前記アクチュエータは前記弁芯を駆動して前記弁座内で回動させることができ、前記アクチュエータに駆動部が設けられており、
前記弁芯の一端には回転軸が設けられており、前記回転軸と前記弁芯とは一体に設置され、前記回転軸の他端は前記駆動部に回動接続され、且つ前記駆動部は前記回転軸に対して周方向への移動を制限することができる、三方弁。 - 前記回転軸に制限部が設けられており、前記駆動部には制限嵌合部が設けられており、前記回転軸と前記アクチュエータの駆動部とが組立接続される際に、前記制限部が前記制限嵌合部に嵌合される、請求項1に記載の三方弁。
- 前記回転軸の外側壁には、前記制限部を形成するように位置決め突起が設けられており、前記駆動部には、前記制限嵌合部を形成するように位置決め溝が穿設されている、請求項2に記載の三方弁。
- 前記弁芯と前記弁座との間並びに前記弁芯と前記弁蓋との間には、ガイド構造部材がそれぞれ設置されており、前記弁芯には、ガイド構造部材に嵌合されるガイド部が設置されている、請求項1に記載の三方弁。
- 前記ガイド構造部材は、前記弁芯に摺動接続されたシールリングである、請求項4に記載の三方弁。
- 前記ガイド構造部材は、軸受である、請求項4に記載の三方弁。
- 前記弁芯の底面に第1の接続口が穿設されており、前記弁芯の側面に第2の接続口が穿設されており、前記第1の接続口は、前記第2の接続口に連通される、請求項1に記載の三方弁。
- 前記第2の接続口の横断面は四角形をなし、前記弁座には第1の弁口及び第2の弁口が穿設されており、前記弁芯は、前記第2の接続口を介して前記第1の弁口及び前記第2の弁口と同時に連通可能とされている、請求項7に記載の三方弁。
- 前記第1の弁口及び前記第2の弁口には、何れも前記弁芯と前記弁座との間がシール組立となるための第1のシール部材及び第2のシール部材が設けられている、請求項8に記載の三方弁。
- 前記第1のシール部材はガスケットであり、前記第2のシール部材はOリングであり、前記ガスケットは前記弁座に設けられ、前記Oリングは前記ガスケットの前記弁座に当接される一側の端面に嵌装され、前記ガスケットの前記Oリングと離れた一側の端面は前記弁芯に当接される、請求項9に記載の三方弁。
- 前記第1のシール部材は前記弁芯に近接して設置され、前記第1のシール部材の前記第1の弁口又は前記第2の弁口に近接する一端には、第1のシール凸部が設けられており、前記第1のシール凸部は、前記弁芯に当接することができる、請求項9に記載の三方弁。
