Claims (15)
- 电动阀,其特征在于:包括阀体部件、阀芯、阀芯座、第一密封件,所述阀体部件包括容纳部,所述容纳部形成容纳腔,所述第一密封件包括主体部、第一凸起部、第二凸起部,沿所述第一密封件的径向,所述主体部位于所述第一凸起部和所述第二凸起部之间,所述阀芯座包括第一面、第二面、第三面,所述第二面沿所述阀芯座的轴向延伸,所述第一面和所述第三面沿所述阀芯座的径向延伸,至少部分所述阀芯座位于所述容纳腔,所述第一密封件位于所述容纳腔,所述第一密封件位于部分所述阀芯座的外周;沿所述容纳部的径向,所述第一凸起部与所述第二面抵接,所述第二凸起部与所述容纳部抵接;沿所述容纳部的轴向,所述主体部的一端与所述第一面抵接,所述主体部的另一端与所述阀体部件的侧壁抵接,所述第一密封件处于压紧状态,部分所述阀芯的外表面与至少部分所述第三面紧密贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述主体部还包括突出筋,沿所述第一密封件的轴向,所述突出筋分别自所述主体部的两端向外突出形成;沿所述容纳部的轴向,所述突出筋分别与所述第一面和所述阀体部件的侧壁抵接,所述第一密封件通过所述突出筋被压紧于所述第一面和所述阀体部件的侧壁之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述突出筋包括第一突出筋、第二突出筋、第三突出筋、第四突出筋,所述第一突出筋和所述第二突出筋位于所述主体部的同一端,所述第三突出筋和所述第四突出筋位于所述主体部的相同另一端;沿所述容纳部的轴向,所述第一突出筋和所述第二突出筋与所述第一面抵接,所述第三突出筋和所述第四突出筋与所述阀体部件的侧壁抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述第三面包括弧形面,所述阀芯座还包括凹槽,所述凹槽自所述弧形面向所述阀芯座内部凹陷形成,部分所述阀芯的外表面与所述弧形面紧密贴合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述凹槽包括环形斜面,定义一过所述阀芯座的中心轴线的平面,所述环形斜面在该平面上的 投影与所述第三面的直面部分在该平面上的投影构成有夹角θ,夹角θ的范围为110°≤θ≤130°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述主体部包括外周侧和内周侧,沿所述第一密封件的径向,所述第一凸起部自所述内周侧向内凸起设置,所述第一凸起部沿所述内周侧等圆周分布,所述第二凸起部自所述外周侧向外凸起设置,所述第二凸起部沿所述外周侧等圆周分布,所述第一凸起部和所述第二凸起部相对于所述主体部呈对称分布。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述阀体部件包括第一阀体和第二阀体,所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体固定连接,所述第一阀体包括第一支撑架,所述第二阀体包括第二支撑架,所述第一支撑架与所述第二支撑架抵接,所述第一支撑架与所述第二支撑架配合形成所述容纳部。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述第一支撑架包括第一凹陷面,所述第一凹陷面自所述第一支撑架的自由端面向内凹陷形成,所述第二支撑架包括第二凹陷面,所述第二凹陷面自所述第二支撑架的自由端面向内凹陷形成,所述第一凹陷面为半圆弧面,所述第二凹陷面为半圆弧面,所述第一凹陷面和所述第二凹陷面装配形成所述容纳部。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体分别通过塑料材料注塑形成,所述阀芯座通过硬质的树脂材料注塑形成,所述第一密封件通过软质的橡胶材料注塑形成。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述阀体部件具有第一接口通道、第二接口通道、第三接口通道、第四接口通道,所述阀芯具有导流通道,所述导流通道贯穿所述阀芯,所述第一接口通道与所述导流通道连通,通过旋转所述阀芯,所述导流通道还能够与所述第二接口通道、所述第三接口通道、所述第四接口通道中的一个或两个连通。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述导流通道包括第一开口和第二开口,所述导流通道通过所述第一开口与所述第二接口通道、所述第三接口通道、所述第四接口通道中的一个或两个连通,所述导流通道通过所述第二开口与所述第一接口通道连通;所述阀体部件包括第一接口部,所述第一接口部形成所述第一接口通 道,所述第一接口部包括凸出部,所述凸出部沿所述第一接口部轴向延伸形成,所述第二开口位于所述凸出部的外周,所述凸出部与形成所述导流通道的壁面抵接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯的外表面包括球形面,所述第一开口位于所述球形面,所述第三面包括弧形面,部分所述球形面与所述弧形面紧密贴合;定义一与所述阀芯的中心轴线垂直的平面,所述第一开口在该平面上的投影与所述球形面在该平面上投影的圆心构成有夹角α,位于所述第一开口两侧的两弧形面在该平面上投影的外端点与所述圆心构成有夹角β,相邻两弧形面在该平面上投影的外端点与所述圆心构成有夹角γ,β>α>γ,70°≤α≤100°。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯包括限位部,所述阀体组件包括止动部,所述阀体组件具有阀体腔,所述阀芯位于所述阀体腔,转动所述阀芯,所述限位部能够与所述止动部抵接,所述阀芯的运动行程通过所述限位部和所述止动部抵接进行限位。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电动阀,其特征在于:所述电动阀包括但不限于五种工作模式:第一工作模式:所述第一接口通道通过所述导流通道与所述第二接口通道连通;第二工作模式:所述第一接口通道通过所述导流通道分别与所述第二接口通道、所述第三接口通道同时连通;第三工作模式:所述第一接口通道通过所述导流通道与所述第三接口通道连通;第四工作模式:所述第一接口通道通过所述导流通道分别与所述第三接口通道、所述第四接口通道同时连通;第五工作模式:所述第一接口通道通过所述导流通道与所述第四接口通道连通;上述工作模式的次序没有先后限制。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电动阀,其特征在于:在所述第二工作模式中,可以通过所述阀芯转过的角度,比例调节所述导流通道分别与所述 第二接口通道、所述第三接口通道的导通面积;在所述第四工作模式中,可以通过所述阀芯转过的角度,比例调节所述导流通道分别与所述第三接口通道、所述第四接口通道的导通面积。
