Abstract
Description
配合物は、本発明の目的に関係がない標準的な手順に従って作製した。
混合を開始する前に、接線ローター(一般にバンバリーと呼ばれる)と230~270リットルの内容積を備えるミキサーに、ポリマーベースと補強性フィラーを充填し、66~72%の充填率とした。
前のステップから得られた混合物に加硫系を加え、63~67%の充填率とした。
Claims (9)
- 補強プライ(5)が埋め込まれた単一のゴム配合物(4)で作られたボディプライスキム層(2)を含む空気入りタイヤ(P)であって、
前記補強プライ(5)は、100×(T-B/T+B)である非対称指数AIを定義するように、前記ボディプライスキム層の外側表面(E)から距離Tに配置されており、かつ、前記ボディプライスキム層の内側表面(I)から距離Bに配置されており;
前記外側表面(E)は、前記空気入りタイヤ(P)のトレッド(1)を向いており、前記内側表面(I)は、前記空気入りタイヤ(P)の内部空洞(3)を向いており;
前記非対称指数AIが、-100より大きく、0より小さい、空気入りタイヤ(P)。 - 前記非対称指数AIが、-85より大きく、-30より小さい、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ボディプライスキム層の厚さが、0.9~2.0mmである、請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ボディプライスキム層が、ポリエピハロヒドリンゴムと;架橋性不飽和鎖ポリマーベースとしてのエポキシ化天然ゴムと;フィラーと加硫系とを含む配合物で作られている、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記フィラーが、層状構造を有する材料である、請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記配合物が、70~90phrの前記ポリエピハロヒドリンゴムと;
5~25の前記エポキシ化天然ゴム(E-NR)と;5~25の天然ゴム(NR)とを含み;E-NRとNRとの間のphrの比が、0.2~5.0である、請求項4または5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - E-NRとNRの間のphrの比が、1.0~3.0である、請求項6に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ポリエピハロヒドリンゴムが、エピクロロヒドリンホモポリマーに、またはエピクロロヒドリン/アリル-グリシジルエーテルコポリマーに、もしくはエピクロロヒドリン/エチレンオキシドコポリマーに、もしくはエピクロロヒドリン/エチレンオキシド/アリル-グリシジルエーテルターポリマーに、由来するゴムである、請求項4~7のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ボディプライスキム層(2)が、前記内部空洞(3)に直接面しており;前記空気入りタイヤ(P)が、インナーライナー層を含まない、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
