Abstract
Description
リン欠乏に対する作物の応答の特徴を詳細に明らかにし、土壌中のリンの動態に最大の影響を有する根から滲出する代謝物を特定するために、リンの非存在下で、農業目的の2つの作物種、トウモロコシ及びトマトの異なる滲出物プロファイルを分析した。以下は、リンの非存在下で放出された根の滲出物を決定するための試験の簡単な説明である。
2.施肥組成物及び本発明の組み合わせの施用
A:グリセリン酸100重量%;
B:グリセリン酸30~80重量%、グルコン酸5~30%、乳酸5~30%、及びグルタミン5~30%の組み合わせ;
C:グリセリン酸30~80重量%、グルコース5~30%、フルクトース5~30%、及びグリセロール5~30%の組み合わせ。
トウモロコシ:
A:施肥により10.0kg/ha、
B:施肥により10.0kg/ha、
C:施肥により10.0kg/ha、
D:重過リン酸石灰:1ヘクタールあたり100リン(P2O5)肥料単位
トマト:
A:施肥により8.0kg/ha、
B:施肥により8.0kg/ha、
C:施肥により8.0kg/ha、
D:重過リン酸石灰:1ヘクタールあたり80リン肥料ユニット(P2O5)
Claims (23)
- 植物吸収可能なリン及びカルシウム増強剤を含む施肥組成物であって、前記植物吸収可能なリン及びカルシウム増強剤が、グリセリン酸であることを特徴とする、施肥組成物。
- 100重量%の水溶性粉末形態または水溶解形態のグリセリン酸からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の施肥組成物。
- 前記施肥組成物が、30~80重量%のグリセリン酸、及び糖、アミノ酸、グリセリン酸以外の有機酸、ポリアミン、グリセロール、ミオイノシトール、アデニン、ウラシル、シトシン、グアニン及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される5~30重量%の他の成分を含み、水溶性粉末形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の施肥組成物。
- 前記糖が、好ましくは、スクロース、フルクトース、トレハロース、グルコース、アラビノース、マルトース、ならびにそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の施肥組成物。
- 前記アミノ酸が、スレオニン、リジン、フェニルアラニン、グルタミン酸、メチオニン、GABA、オルニチン、グリシン、グルタミン、アスパラギン酸、セリン、アスパラギン、チロシン、トリプトファン、バリン、ロイシン、イソロイシン、プロリン、4-ヒドロキシプロリン、アルギニン、ヒスチジン、アラニン、システイン、及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の施肥組成物。
- グリセリン酸以外の前記有機酸が、乳酸、コハク酸、シュウ酸、グルコン酸、トレオン酸、フマル酸及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の施肥組成物。
- 前記ポリアミンが、プトレシン、スペルミジン、スペルミン、及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の施肥組成物。
- 請求項3~7のいずれかに記載の肥料組成物と、窒素肥料、リン酸肥料、カリウム肥料、カルシウム肥料と改良剤、微量栄養素、ホウ酸及びレオナルダイト、ならびにそれらの組み合わせから選択される別の追加の肥料との組み合わせ。
- 請求項3~7のいずれかに一項に記載の施肥組成物が、0.5~10重量%の割合で組み合わせて存在することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の組み合わせ。
- 追加の窒素肥料が、5~90重量%の割合で組み合わせて存在し、尿素、ニトロ硫酸アンモニウム、硝酸カリウム、硫酸アンモニウム、硝酸アンモニウム、硝酸カルシウムから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の組み合わせ。
- 追加のリン酸肥料が、5~90重量%の割合で組み合わせて存在し、リン鉱岩、重過リン酸石灰、単一過リン酸石灰、濃縮過リン酸石灰、リン酸から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の組み合わせ。
- 追加のカリウム肥料が、5~90重量%の割合で組み合わせて存在し、塩化カリウム、硫酸カリウム、重硫酸カリウム/マグネシウム、水酸化カリウムから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の組み合わせ。
- 追加のカルシウム肥料が、5~90重量%の割合で組み合わせて存在し、塩化カルシウム、シアンアミドカルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、ドロマイト、石灰石、酸化カルシウム、水酸化カルシウムから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の組み合わせ。
- 追加の微量栄養素肥料が、1~30重量%の割合で組み合わせて存在し、硫酸鉄、硫酸マグネシウム、硫酸亜鉛、硫酸マンガン、硫酸銅、モリブデン酸アンモニウム、塩化コバルトから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記追加の肥料としてのホウ酸が、1~30重量%の割合で組み合わせて存在することを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の組み合わせ。
- 追加の肥料としてのレオナルダイトが、5~90重量%の割合で組み合わせて存在することを特徴とする、請求項8~9のいずれかに一項に記載の組み合わせ。
- 請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の施肥組成物と、アミノ酸加水分解物、腐植物質抽出物、藻類抽出物、生きている微生物または微生物の抽出物及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される1つ以上の生物刺激剤と、の組み合わせ。
- 前記生物刺激剤が5~90重量%の割合で組み合わせて存在することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の組み合わせ。
- 施肥または葉面散布により施用するために、水に溶解させる前の水溶性粉末形態、顆粒形態または液体形態での請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の施肥組成物の使用。
- 水に溶解する前に、施肥または葉面散布により、水溶性粉末としてそれぞれ0.5~20kg/ha及び0.06~1kg/haの量で施用されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の使用。
- 施肥または葉面散布による施用のための水への溶解前の水溶性粉末形態、顆粒または液体形態である、請求項8~18に記載の組み合わせの使用。
- 顆粒形態で75~1,500kg/haの量で直接施用されることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の使用。
- 前記施肥または葉面散布によって、それぞれ0.5~20kg/ha及び0.06~1kg/haの量で施用されることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の使用。
