Abstract
Description
a.環状ピストンであって、その上面および下面における複数の横断フローポートを含み、
i)上記ピストンの上面は、非対称的に構築される、ピストンの周囲に位置する丸みを帯びた三角形様の成形空洞からなる、圧縮フローポートの対を備え、さらに、上記空洞の末端のうちの1つの近くに円形開口部を備え、この円形開口部が、対になる圧縮フローポートの対応する円形開口部に面しており、上記上面は、上記ピストンの底面から出ているリバウンドフローポートの円形開口部をさらに備え、ブリード流路がピストンの全厚を通過しており、
ii)上記ピストンの底面は、丸みを帯びた細長の空洞からなる、上記ピストンの円周に位置する3つのリバウンドフローポートを備え、空洞が、上記空洞の境界を越え、上面を通って横断する円形開口部をさらに有し、上記底面は、上面から出る圧縮フローポートの3つの円形開口部の端をさらに備え、ブリード流路がピストンの全厚を通過している、環状ピストンと、
b.ピストンシャフトと、
c.上記ピストンが油圧液を通って進行するとき、上記圧力シリンダ内の油圧液の流れに抵抗力を働かせるのに好適な、フローポートを部分的または完全に被覆する、上記ピストンの両面におけるシムスタックと、を含む、自動車油圧緩衝器。
Claims (11)
- 圧力シリンダ、補助リザーバ、およびピストンアセンブリを含む、自動車油圧緩衝器であって、前記ピストンアセンブリは、
a.環状ピストンであって、その上面および下面における複数の横断フローポートを含み、
i)前記ピストンの前記上面は、非対称的に構築される、前記ピストンの周囲に位置する丸みを帯びた三角形様の成形空洞からなる、圧縮フローポートの対を備え、さらに、前記空洞の末端のうちの1つの近くに円形開口部を備え、前記円形開口部が、対になる前記圧縮フローポートの対応する円形開口部に面しており、前記上面は、前記ピストンの前記底面から出ているリバウンドフローポートの円形開口部をさらに備え、ブリード流路が前記ピストンの全厚を通過しており、
ii)上記ピストンの上記底面は、丸みを帯びた細長の空洞からなる上記ピストンの円周に位置する3つのリバウンドフローポートを備え、前記空洞が、前記空洞の境界を越え、前記上面を通って横断する円形開口部をさらに有し、前記底面は、前記上面から出る前記圧縮フローポートの3つの円形開口部の端をさらに備え、ブリード流路が前記ピストンの全厚を通過している、環状ピストンと、
b.ピストンシャフトと、
c.前記ピストンが油圧液を通って進行するとき、前記圧力シリンダ内の油圧液の流れに抵抗力を働かせるのに好適な、前記フローポートを部分的または完全に被覆する、前記ピストンの両面におけるシムスタックと
を含む、自動車油圧緩衝器。 - 3対の圧縮フローポートを有する、請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 3つのリバウンドフローポートを有する、請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 少なくとも2つのブリード流路を有する、請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記ピストンの全高以内で、前記成形空洞の高さは、前記円形開口部の高さよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記成形空洞における前記開口部は、円形形状のものである、請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記ピストンの前記圧縮(上)側に面する前記成形空洞は、実質的に円形の、角の丸くなった三角形形状を有する、請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記成形空洞は、前記ピストンの周囲に位置する対で配置される、請求項7に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記ピストンの前記リバウンド(底)側に面する前記成形空洞は、細長の形状を有し、それらの境界を越える円形開口部を有する、請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記細長の形状は、楕円である、請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記圧力シリンダへの前記補助リザーバ接続の直径は、およそ前記ピストンシャフトの直径である、請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
