来の油圧緩衝器の一例の要部縦断面図である。な
お、第2図ないし第4図ではシリンダを省略して
いる。 15…シリンダ、17…ピストン、19…シリ
ンダ上室、20…シリンダ下室、22…第1の縮
み側通路孔(第1の通路孔)、33…バルブ部、
35…第1の油室、37…第2の油室、42…第
2の縮み側通路孔(第2の通路孔)。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダ内に摺動自在に嵌合したピストンによ
    り前記シリンダ内を2つの室に区画し、前記ピス
    トンに、前記シリンダ内でのピストンの摺動によ
    り前記区画された2つの室間で生じる油液の流動
    を制御して減衰力を発生させる減衰力発生機構を
    設けてなる油圧緩衝器において、 前記減衰力発生機構を、 前記ピストンにその軸線に対して傾斜させて形
    成され、前記2つの室を連通する第1の通路孔と
    、 該第1の通路孔の下流側に配置し、外径の異な
    る複数のデイスクバルブをピストン側が大径のデ
    イスクバルブとなるように積層させたバルブ部と
    、 前記ピストンの端面に形成された、前記第1の
    通路孔の下流側が開口する凹部と前記バルブ部と
    で構成される第1の油室と、 前記第1の通路孔と周方向で異なる位置にピス
    トンの軸線と平行に形成され、前記2つの室を連
    通する第2の通路孔と、 前記第1の油室を構成する凹部より径方向外方
    に形成された、前記第2の通路孔の下流側が開口
    する凹部と前記バルブ部とで構成される第2の油
    室と、 から構成したことを特徴とする油圧緩衝器。
