Claims (9)
- 水中ポンプによって圧送される研磨廃水が上部から流入されて下部に吐出されながら回転流を形成するように上部から下部に行くほど徐々に直径が小さくなるようにテーパーした垂直断面を有するケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの内部に挿入されて外側面が前記ケーシングの内壁に密着され、内側面は斜線または放射状に複数の谷が形成されて前記研磨廃水から微細レンズ粒子が分離されて、前記ケーシングの底面部にスラッジとして積層されるように前記回電流の形成を加速するメッシュ網と、
前記微細レンズ粒子が通過する組織を有した不織布で形成した袋であって、入口が前記ケーシングの上部に固定されたまま前記メッシュ網の内部に装着され、外側面が前記ケーシングの上部から回転類を形成しながら下部に吐出される研磨廃水により、前記メッシュ網の内側面に密着されて、底面から積層された前記スラッジを袋ごと前記ケーシングの上部に排出し、前記微細レンズ粒子が除去された還元水を前記ケーシングの下部に排出する不織布袋と、を含む、レンズ研磨廃水用濾過装置。 - 請求項1のレンズ研磨廃水用濾過装置と、
レンズ研磨機から排出される研磨廃水を貯蔵し、前記貯蔵された研磨廃水を前記レンズ研磨機の駆動に応じて連動する水中ポンプにより前記レンズ研磨廃水用濾過装置に圧送する研磨水タンクと、を含み、
前記レンズ研磨廃水用濾過装置から排出される前記還元水を前記レンズ研磨機に供給する、レンズ研磨廃水還元システム。 - 前記研磨水タンクの内部に備えられ、前記レンズ研磨機から排出される研磨廃水内に含有された相対的に粒子の大きいレンズパーティクルおよび加工中や加工前後に前記研磨水タンクに落下するレンズまたはレンズ固定チャックが前記研磨水タンクの内部に流入されることを遮断する濾過網をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のレンズ研磨廃水還元システム。
- 前記水中ポンプにより圧送される研磨廃水を前記レンズ研磨廃水用濾過装置に供給するために設置した研磨廃水管から分岐して、前記研磨水タンクのタンクカバーに設置された分岐管と、
前記分岐管の先端に装着され、前記研磨水タンクの上部の泡を除去するために前記分岐管を介して供給される研磨廃水を前記研磨水タンクの上部から内部に噴射する複数の噴射ノズルと、をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のレンズ研磨廃水還元システム。 - 前記分岐管と連結され、前記研磨水タンク内の研磨廃水の流れが起こるように前記研磨水タンクの内部の底に研磨廃水を供給する複数のチューブをさらに含む、請求項4に記載のレンズ研磨廃水還元システム。
- 前記チューブの先端に研磨廃水を四方に噴射するためのディフューザーが装着された、請求項5に記載のレンズ研磨廃水還元システム。
- 前記タンクカバーの下面に、前記噴射ノズルから噴射される研磨廃水が飛び散って外部に漏れることを防止する遮断壁が形成された、請求項4に記載のレンズ研磨廃水還元システム。
- 前記研磨水タンクの内部の空気を吸入して微細粒子および超微細粒子を濾過した後、外部に排出する脱臭装置をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のレンズ研磨廃水還元システム。
- 前記水中ポンプと前記レンズ研磨廃水用濾過装置との間に備えられて、前記水中ポンプの停止時の圧力変化によよって前記水中ポンプから前記水中ポンプに逆流する空気の圧力を下げるエアポケットをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のレンズ研磨廃水還元システム。
