Claims (9)
- 放熱型の自動車用ブレーキキャリパーカバーであって、カバー本体と、前記カバー本体を自動車ブレーキキャリパーに固定するための固定部材とを含み、前記カバー本体の外側には第1円弧状側板が設けられ、前記カバー本体の内側には第2円弧状側板が設けられ、前記固定部材は前記第1円弧状側板に設置され、前記第1円弧状側板には伝熱アセンブリが設けられ、前記伝熱アセンブリは弾性押圧シート及び弾性押圧シートに設置されたシリコーンゴムシートを含み、
前記カバー本体が前記自動車ブレーキキャリパーに固定される場合、前記弾性押圧シートはシリコーンゴムシートを前記自動車ブレーキキャリパーのポンプボディの外側壁と接触させて熱を前記カバー本体に伝導して放熱を行うことを特徴とする放熱型の自動車用ブレーキキャリパーカバー。 - 前記弾性押圧シートは前記第1円弧状側板にヒンジ接続され、前記弾性押圧シートと前記第1円弧状側板の間にはバネクリップが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱型の自動車用ブレーキキャリパーカバー。
- 前記固定部材は第1固定部材と第2固定部材を含み、それぞれ前記第1円弧状側板の両側に取り付けられ、
前記第1固定部材は、接続ブラケットと、前記接続ブラケットに固定接続される第1曲げ部と、前記第1曲げ部に接合して前記接続ブラケットを前記自動車ブレーキキャリパーに固定する第2曲げ部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱型の自動車用ブレーキキャリパーカバー。 - 前記第2固定部材は、接続ブラケットと、前記接続ブラケットに固定接続される固定バックルとを含み、前記固定バックルは前記接続ブラケットを前記自動車ブレーキキャリパーに固定するのに用いられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の放熱型の自動車用ブレーキキャリパーカバー。
- 前記接続ブラケットは曲げ部を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の放熱型の自動車用ブレーキキャリパーカバー。
- 前記第1曲げ部はボルトを介して前記第2曲げ部に固定接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の放熱型の自動車用ブレーキキャリパーカバー。
- 前記カバー本体の表面には1層の静電気粉末コーティングが塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱型の自動車用ブレーキキャリパーカバー。
- 前記カバー、固定部材及び弾性押圧シートはいずれもアルミニウム合金材料で製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱型の自動車用ブレーキキャリパーカバー。
- 前記カバー本体において前記第2円弧状側板に接近する箇所には拡張コネクタが固定接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱型の自動車用ブレーキキャリパーカバー。
