技术领域
本申请实施例涉及汽车用品技术领域,具体涉及一种散热型汽车卡钳罩。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,汽车也进入每个家庭,很多车主会对轮毂进行改装更换,但是由于刹车卡钳安装在轮毂上,是轮毂的重要组成部分。市场上原厂卡钳除了更换真正的改装刹车卡钳以外,只有卡钳喷漆和安装卡钳罩两种装饰产品,卡钳喷漆只能在原来卡钳上面增加一层油漆,油漆长时间受到刹车粉尘的影响,会发黑,另外油漆喷漆本身也很麻烦。
目前,市场上卡钳罩分为通用型卡钳和专用型卡钳罩,通用型卡钳罩需要用胶水粘贴,如果需要更换刹车片,拆卸卡钳罩会非常困难,而且在使用的过程中也不安全,同时也会影响卡钳散热,外形不匹配,因为原厂卡钳千变万化,不能完全包裹卡钳;专用型汽车卡钳是利用铝合金板,通过圆弧形平面模具冲压得到,具有圆弧形的平面轮廓,可以覆盖原厂卡钳,利用卡扣固定安装。另外现有的卡钳罩由于固定结构设计问题,有明显的缺陷,卡扣太大太长,连接支架太长,卡扣变形量大,支架变形量大,卡扣夹持力不够,容易造成卡钳罩晃动,和轮毂发生碰擦,卡扣太大,会和刹车盘发生碰擦,影响驾驶安全。最后,现有的卡钳罩在使用的过程中,散热效果较差的缺陷。
申请内容
为此,本申请实施例提供一种散热型汽车卡钳罩,以解决现有技术中卡钳罩体散热效果差的问题。

当所述罩体本体固定于所述汽车卡钳上时,所述弹性压片将硅胶片与所述汽车卡钳的泵体外侧壁接触并将热量传导到所述罩体本体进行散热。
优选的,所述弹性压片与所述第一弧形侧板铰接,在所述弹性压片和所述第一弧形侧板之间设有弹簧夹。
优选的,所述固定件包括第一固定件和第二固定件,分别安装在所述第一弧形侧板的两侧;
所述第一固定件包括连接支架,与所述连接支架固定连接的第一弯折部以及与所述第一弯折部配合,将所述连接支架固定于所述汽车卡钳上第二弯折部。
优选的,所述第二固定件包括连接支架以及与所述连接支架固定连接的固定卡扣,所述固定卡扣用于将所述连接支架固定于所述汽车卡钳上。
优选的,所述连接支架具有一弯折部。
优选的,所述第一弯折部与所述第二弯折部通过螺栓固定连接。
优选的,所述罩体本体的表面涂覆有一层静电粉末涂层。
优选的,所述罩体、固定件以及弹性压片均采用铝合金材料制成。
优选的,所述罩体本体上靠近所述第二弧形侧板上固定连接有扩展插件。
本申请实施例中,第一弧形侧板内侧和外侧时相对于在同一平面上的的圆弧而言,靠近圆心近端的圆弧为内侧,原理圆心的圆弧为外侧。
本申请实施例具有如下优点:
本申请实施例的散热型汽车卡钳罩通过在第一弧形侧板上设置传热组件,通过弹性压片和硅胶片进行传热,可将卡钳活塞泵体产生的热量迅速散去;通过固定件可将卡钳罩体牢固地固定于卡钳上;同时,在卡钳罩体上设置扩展插件,可以适应不同的卡钳。本申请实施例的罩体本体的表面涂覆有一层静电粉末涂层,其抗UV和盐雾性能优异,耐腐蚀。

具体实施方式
以下由特定的具体实施例说明本申请的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本申请的其他优点及功效,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1和图2所示,本申请实施例提供一种散热型汽车卡钳罩,该汽车卡钳罩包括罩体本体100以及用于将罩体本体100固定于汽车卡钳的固定件,罩体本体100的外侧设有第一弧形侧板140,罩体本体100内侧设有第二弧形侧板160,固定件设置在第一弧形侧板140上,其中,第一弧形侧板140上设有传热组件130,传热组件130包括弹性压片132以及设置在弹性压片132上的硅胶片;当罩体本体100固定于汽车卡钳上时,弹性压片132可将硅胶片与汽车卡钳的泵体外侧壁接触并将热量传导到罩体本体100进行散热。弹性压片132与第一弧形侧板140铰接,在弹性压片132和第一弧形侧板140之间设有弹簧夹131。具体的,弹性压片132与导入硅胶片的结合,卡钳的活塞泵体刹车时的温度更高,也需要散热,本实用新型实施例通过弹性压片132和导热硅胶片的结合,使得卡钳罩体本体100与卡钳的活塞泵体连接,活塞泵体产生的高温可以快速地经过传热组件传导到卡钳罩罩体本体100上,使得热量有效散发,从而降低刹车卡钳的温度。传热组件130中,采用导热硅胶片与弹性压片132结合,导热硅胶能够填充缝隙,充分与活塞泵体发热部位接触,通过弹簧夹131来保证弹性压片132与汽车卡钳泵体之间连接需要的压力,当汽车卡钳的活塞泵体因为刹车片磨损而轻微移动的时候,可以保持弹性压片132良好的压力和连接性能,从而保证汽车卡钳散热的持续性和有效性。同时,由于罩体本体100、固定件以及弹性压片132均 采用铝合金材料制成,因而使得整体整个汽车卡钳罩具有良好的散热性能。
其中,固定件包括第一固定件110和第二固定件120,分别安装在第一弧形侧板140的两侧;第一固定件110包括连接支架114,与连接支架114固定连接的第一弯折部111以及与第一弯折部111配合,将连接支架114固定于汽车卡钳上第二弯折部112。第二固定件120包括连接支架114以及与连接支架114固定连接的固定卡扣121,固定卡扣121用于将连接支架114固定于汽车卡钳上。第一弯折部111与第二弯折部112通过螺栓固定连接。具体的,连接支架114为2毫米6061T6高强度铝合金板,连接支架114具有至少一弯折部,较佳的,连接支架114具有2个弯折部,以增强连接支架114的强度以及方便贴合安装连接支架114同时可将传导到罩体本体100的热量散发。第一弯折部111和第二弯折部112均采用高强度不锈钢弹簧片,该弹簧片的硬度达到400,第一弯折部111与第二弯折部112通过弯折部的设计大大提高了固定件的紧固强度,能够将汽车卡钳罩牢固地安装在汽车卡钳上面。
本申请实施例通过在第一弧形侧板140的两侧设置第一固定件110和第二固定件120,两个固定件的固定装置不同,其中,第一弯折部111用两颗不锈钢半空心铆钉固定在连接支架114上面设置立体折边,该立体折边上面设有供螺丝穿设的孔,用来固定内六角螺丝113,第二弯折部112具有立体折边,其增加了第二弯折部112的强度,该立体折边上设有供螺丝穿设的孔,用来与第一弯折部111的孔配合,通过内六角螺丝113连接固定,该装置结构简单,固定牢固,安装快速,只需通过一个内六角螺丝113和螺母,可将卡钳罩牢牢地固定在卡钳上,最大程度的减小卡钳罩变形晃动的问题;第二固定件120的固定卡扣121用两颗不锈钢半空心铆钉固定在连接支架114上,其通过折边勾住卡钳支架的刹车盘之间的缝隙。通过第一固定件110和第二固定件120的固定,再由不锈钢螺丝113和防松螺母紧固,其更加安全可靠,安装、拆卸方便,时间 更短,由于罩体本体100全部采用铝合金材质,通过卡钳罩上面的铝合金定制连接支架114和卡钳固定连接,卡钳的热量可以通过具有良好散热功能的铝合金卡钳罩散发。
本申请实施例的罩体本体100的表面涂覆有一层静电粉末涂层,其抗UV和盐雾性能优异,耐腐蚀,特别是对刹车粉尘,清洗特别方便不会变色。
如图3所示,罩体本体100上靠近所述第二弧形侧板160上固定连接有扩展插件150。扩展插件150可根据卡钳的形状和大小进行设计,通过更换不同的扩展插件150,可以满足不同规格的汽车卡钳,扩展插件150可与罩体本体100通过焊接等固定连接方式连接,并且针对容纳空间做了特殊的设计,在保证罩体外观立体效果的前提下,拥有极大的容纳空间,增加了模具通用性,减少模具投入,降低卡钳制造成本。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本申请作了详尽的描述,但在本申请基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本申请精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本申请要求保护的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种散热型汽车卡钳罩,其特征在于,所述汽车卡钳罩包括罩体本体以及用于将所述罩体本体固定于汽车卡钳的固定件,所述罩体本体的外侧设有第一弧形侧板,所述罩体本体内侧设有第二弧形侧板,所述固定件设置在所述第一弧形侧板上,其中,所述第一弧形侧板上设有传热组件,所述传热组件包括弹性压片以及设置在弹性压片上的硅胶片;
    当所述罩体本体固定于所述汽车卡钳上时,所述弹性压片将硅胶片与所述汽车卡钳的泵体外侧壁接触并将热量传导到所述罩体本体进行散热。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的散热型汽车卡钳罩,其特征在于,
    所述弹性压片与所述第一弧形侧板铰接,在所述弹性压片和所述第一弧形侧板之间设有弹簧夹。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的散热型汽车卡钳罩,其特征在于,
    所述固定件包括第一固定件和第二固定件,分别安装在所述第一弧形侧板的两侧;
    所述第一固定件包括连接支架,与所述连接支架固定连接的第一弯折部以及与所述第一弯折部配合,将所述连接支架固定于所述汽车卡钳上第二弯折部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的散热型汽车卡钳罩,其特征在于,
    所述第二固定件包括连接支架以及与所述连接支架固定连接的固定卡扣,所述固定卡扣用于将所述连接支架固定于所述汽车卡钳上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的散热型汽车卡钳罩,其特征在于,
    所述连接支架具有一弯折部。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的散热型汽车卡钳罩,其特征在于,
    所述第一弯折部与所述第二弯折部通过螺栓固定连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的散热型汽车卡钳罩,其特征在于,
    所述罩体本体的表面涂覆有一层静电粉末涂层。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的散热型汽车卡钳罩,其特征在于,
    所述罩体、固定件以及弹性压片均采用铝合金材料制成。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的散热型汽车卡钳罩,其特征在于,
    所述罩体本体上靠近所述第二弧形侧板上固定连接有扩展插件。
