Claims (15)
- 190℃および2.16kgで測定して350グラム/10分(g/10分)~1000g/10分のメルトフローインデックスを有する1つ以上のポリオレフィンコポリマーであって、前記1つ以上のポリオレフィンコポリマーは無水マレイン酸グラフト化ポリオレフィンおよびエチレン-酢酸ビニルコポリマーの1つ以上を含む、1つ以上のポリオレフィンコポリマー、および
ハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも83重量%の無機充填剤を含む、ハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。 - 前記ハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物は、17重量%未満の1つ以上のポリオレフィンコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 前記ハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物は、前記ハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物の総重量に基づいて少なくとも85重量%の無機充填剤を含む、請求項1に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 前記1つ以上のエチレンコポリマーは、エチレン-酢酸ビニルコポリマーを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 前記組成物は、EN ISO 1716に従って測定した場合、3MJ/kg未満の燃料負荷を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 前記組成物は、EN ISO 1182に従って測定した場合、約50℃以下の炉の温度上昇、約50%以下の試料の質量損失、約20秒の試料の持続的燃焼時間を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 前記無機充填剤の総重量は、無水無機充填剤の大部分を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- さらに内部無機潤滑剤をさらに含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 前記無水マレイン酸グラフト化ポリオレフィンは、177℃で測定した場合、8,000cPを超えるブルックフィールド粘度を有する無水マレイン酸グラフト化エラストマーである、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 第1の金属層、
第2の金属層、
前記第1の金属層と前記第2の金属層との間に配置されるコア層、
前記第1の金属層と前記コア層との間に配置される第1の結合層、ならびに
前記第2の金属層と前記コア層との間に配置される第2の結合層、を含む複合パネルであって、
前記コア層は、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物を含む、複合パネル。 - 前記第1の金属層、前記第2の金属層、またはその両方がアルミニウムを含む、請求項9に記載の複合パネル。
- 前記コア層は、1mm~5mmの厚さを有する、請求項9または10に記載の複合パネル。
- 前記複合パネルはユーロクラスA2耐火等級である、請求項9~11のいずれか一項に記載の複合パネル。
- 請求項9~12のいずれか一項に記載の複合パネルを製造する方法であって、
コア層を押出すこと、
前記コア層の対向面に第1および第2の結合層を適用すること、
前記複合パネルを製造するために、結合層に適用した後、第1および第2の結合層上に第1および第2の金属層をそれぞれ積層すること、を含む方法。 - 前記第1および第2の結合層は、共押出または積層によって適用される、請求項13に記載の方法。
