boxylate)等を挙げることができる。これらの中でも、PET、PEN、PCT、PCNが好ましく、特にPTN、PET、PENのうちいずれか一つを用いることができる。前記光抽出層260の材質の屈折率は、1.5以下、例えば1.41~1.59の範囲を有することができ、輝度の低下を防止することができる。前記光抽出層260は、樹脂層220の第1面S1に沿って配置されることで、前記第1面S1の出射面S11を通じて出射される光の輝度を改善することができる。前記光抽出層260は、外面に凹凸パターンまたはプリズムパターンを備え、入射する光を拡散させて光の均一度を改善することができる。前記光抽出層260は、前記樹脂層220の出射面S11と凹面S13に沿って配置される。
Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板の上に配置される複数の発光素子と、
前記基板の上に配置される第1反射層と、
前記第1反射層の上に配置され、前記複数の発光素子から放出される光が抽出される第1面を含む樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層の上に配置される第2反射層と、
前記樹脂層の前記第1面に配置される光抽出層と、を含み、
前記樹脂層の前記第1面は、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれに対応する凸状の出射面を有する凸部、及び前記凸部の間に凹状の複数の凹面を含み、
前記光抽出層は、前記樹脂層の前記第1面に配置される複数の突起からなる第1出射部と、前記第1出射部が配置される第2出射部を含む、照明装置。 - 前記光抽出層は、前記基板、前記第1反射層、及び前記第2反射層の一側に配置される、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記樹脂層の前記第1面は、前記第1反射層及び前記第2反射層の間の外面であり、
前記第1出射部の垂直方向の高さは、前記樹脂層の厚さより大きい、請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記樹脂層は、前記樹脂層の前記第1面に対応する第2面方向に凹むリセス部を含み、
前記樹脂層は、前記第1面及び前記第2面の両側に互いに対応する第3面及び第4面を含み、
前記光抽出層は、前記凹面に配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記光抽出層は、前記樹脂層の前記第3面及び前記第4面に延長される、請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1抽出部の最大幅は、垂直方向の高さより小さく、
前記第1抽出部の側断面形状は、半球形状または三角形形状を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記光抽出層は、PTN、PET、及びPENのうちいずれか一つを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記樹脂層の前記出射面は、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれと第1方向に重なり、
前記凹面は、前記複数の発光素子と第1方向に重ならず、
前記第1出射部は、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれに複数個が重なるように配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記光抽出層の内面は、前記樹脂層の前記第1面に沿って接着される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれの一部は、前記複数の凸部のそれぞれを通る仮想の円内に配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
