Claims (11)
- 太陽電池モジュール(2)およびタイル(1)を含む太陽エネルギータイル構造であって、
前記タイル(1)は、厚さ方向に対向して設けられた第1側面および第2側面を有し、前記第1側面に嵌着溝(11)が設けられ、
前記太陽電池モジュール(2)は、前記嵌着溝(11)内に嵌着され、
前記タイル(1)に前記太陽電池モジュール(2)を前記嵌着溝(11)から離脱させるように設けられた取り外し孔(12)が設けられている、太陽エネルギータイル構造。 - 前記第1側面における前記嵌着溝(11)が設けられていない箇所に、前記タイル(1)を貫通する、締付具によって前記タイル(1)とタイルバー(5)が取り外し可能に接続されるように設けられた取付孔(13)が設けられている、請求項1に記載の太陽エネルギータイル構造。
- 前記タイル(1)に突起(14)および凹溝(15)が設けられ、
前記突起(14)は、前記突起(14)と隣り合う前記タイル(1)における前記凹溝(15)と挿着され、前記凹溝(15)は、前記凹溝(15)と隣り合う前記タイル(1)における前記突起(14)と挿着される、請求項1に記載の太陽エネルギータイル構造。 - 前記凹溝(15)および前記突起(14)のうちの一方が前記第1側面に設けられ、前記突起(14)および前記凹溝(15)のうちの他方が前記第2側面に設けられている、請求項3に記載の太陽エネルギータイル構造。
- 前記太陽電池モジュール(2)は、前記第1側面から前記第2側面に向かった方向に順に積層して設けられた透明ガラス(23)、電池シート群(24)および裏板(25)を含み、
前記電池シート群(24)の厚さ方向における両側面がそれぞれ前記透明ガラス(23)および前記裏板(25)に接着される、請求項1に記載の太陽エネルギータイル構造。 - 前記電池シート群(24)は、正極ケーブル(21)および負極ケーブル(22)を有し、
前記正極ケーブル(21)および前記負極ケーブル(22)は、前記電池シート群(24)の長さ方向における同一端に位置する、請求項5に記載の太陽エネルギータイル構造。 - 前記電池シート群(24)には、順に並んだ複数の電池ストリング(20)が含まれ、
前記複数の電池ストリング(20)は、バスバーによって並列接続に設けられている、請求項5に記載の太陽エネルギータイル構造。 - 前記裏板(25)の前記電池シート群(24)に向かった一方側に第1黒色めっき層(251)が設けられ、前記裏板(25)の厚さが290μm±30μmよりも大きく、
前記電池シート群(24)の前記透明ガラス(23)に向かった一方側に遮蔽バー(3)が設けられ、
前記遮蔽バー(3)の前記透明ガラス(23)に向かった一方側に第2黒色めっき層(31)が形成され、前記遮蔽バー(3)の厚さが133μm±30μmである、請求項5に記載の太陽エネルギータイル構造。 - 前記裏板(25)が、ポリフッ化ビニリデン膜-耐高温ポリエステル膜-フッ素皮膜複合板である、請求項8に記載の太陽エネルギータイル構造。
- 前記遮蔽バー(3)が、フッ素皮膜-耐高温ポリエステル膜-フッ素皮膜複合板である、請求項8または9に記載の太陽エネルギータイル構造。
- 前記透明ガラス(23)の前記電池シート群(24)と反対の一方側に、順に積層して設けられた第1透明めっき被膜(231)および第2透明めっき被膜(232)が形成されており、
前記第1透明めっき被膜(231)の厚さが85μm~100μmであり、または
前記第2透明めっき被膜(232)の厚さが75μm~90μmであり、または
前記第1透明めっき被膜(231)の厚さが85μm~100μm、且つ前記第2透明めっき被膜(232)の厚さが75μm~90μmである、請求項5に記載の太陽エネルギータイル構造。
