Claims (20)
- 1つまたは特に2つの気密封止された心臓半体であってそれぞれが1つの血液室と1つの駆動室とを有する心臓半体を備える人工心臓であって、ヒトまたは他の生物の少なくとも1つの循環系を維持および/またはサポートすることを意図した人工心臓において、
前記各心臓半体は、分割可能な硬質シェル(1)を有し、
前記血液室が1つのバッグ(12)で構成されており、
前記血液バッグ(12)が少なくとも部分的に、特に約半分まで前記硬質シェルの壁に対して固定状態で配置されており、
前記血液バッグ(12)の第2の半分が、前記駆動室(13)からの圧力によって、実質的に応力フリー、好ましくはねじれることなく、軸対称に展開する曲げ運動を伴いながら、少なくとも部分的に特に完全に、前記第1の半分内に進入するようになっており、
前記駆動バッグ(13)が少なくとも部分的に、特に約半分まで前記硬質シェル(1)の壁に対して固定状態で配置され、同時にその第2の半分が前記血液バッグと背中合わせに配置され、好ましくは応力フリー且つ伸長またはねじれることなく、曲げ波の展開運動を発生させることを特徴とする、人工心臓。 - 前記血液バッグおよび駆動バッグ(12および13)の可動性の半分の後面に、材料の蓄積および/または、特にチェーンリンクのように相互に接続された剛性リング(61および62)の挿入および/または組み込みによる、膨らみのような複数の緯線形状に並んだ歯群が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記2つのバッグ(12および13)の間に少なくとも1つの弾性パッド(50)、特に少なくとも1つのレンズ状凸形状弾性パッド(50)があることを特徴とする、請求項1~2のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記バッグ(12および13)が少なくとも部分的に生物学的糸から織られることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記硬質シェル(1)が、円錐形の連結面を通じた正および負の着脱可能なインターロック接続によって嵌合される2つのハーフシェル(2および3)から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記心臓半体すなわちシェル(1)の内面上に、粘性潤滑およびシーリング剤を収容するための第3のチャンバとして作用する縦溝および横溝(23、23a、23b)があることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記心臓半体すなわちシェル(1)の内面に位置し、かつ心拍出量を調節するための第3のチャンバとして作用する、外向きコネクタを有する縦溝および横溝(23、23a、23b)があることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記心臓の第2の半体をその縦軸(A)周りに180°回転させた状態で前記心臓の第1の半体に取り付けることができるよう、前記心臓半体(1)に正の要素(11a)および負の要素(11b)が設けてあり、これにより、当該2つの半体が血液ポンプとして協働してヒトまたは別の生物の2つの循環系を維持することを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記駆動媒体の少なくとも1つが液体であることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記駆動媒体が、ダブルスタート左右無限ループを特徴とするスピンドルを有するスピンドルドライブによって駆動されるピストンロッドを有する1つのシリンダピストンユニットによって、前記駆動バッグの内外に圧送されることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記駆動媒体が、ダブルスタート左右無限ループを特徴とするスピンドルを有する1つまたは2つのスピンドルドライブによって特に駆動される前記ピストンロッドを有する1つのシリンダ-ダブルピストンユニットによって、前記駆動バッグから交互に内外に圧送されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記駆動媒体が、左右に無限ループで走るダブルスタート螺旋溝を特徴とするスピンドルを有する1つまたは2つのスピンドルドライブによって駆動される前記ピストンロッドを有する2つのシリンダピストンユニットによって、左右の駆動バッグから同時に内外に圧送されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の人工心臓。
- 三角状または三角形の硬質薄板群(24)を有する前記血液室(12)の少なくとも一つの入口・出口弁(17)が設置され、これらが、ピボット旋回可能に、弁リング(26)の多角形、好ましくは六角形のボアの周りに円形状に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工心臓。
- 側方薄板(28Rおよび28L)が、スイベル(27)を介して、前記弁の閉鎖中に前記弁薄板の背後の外側に向かって半径方向に一緒に折り畳まれ、これにより、前記弁薄板間の隙間を完全に封止し、且つそれらの曲げ剛性を確保するように、前記弁薄板(24)の2つの面に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記弁薄板(24b)群間に、前記側方薄板(28Rおよび28L)の代わりに、弾性シャックル(30b)のようなばね要素があることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記弁リング(26c)において、前記弁薄板(24c)のサポート及び封止改善目的で開放ピラミッド状格子構造(54)が設けてあり、これらの弁薄板の開口が、膨らんだ形状のリブ(53)が管片(51)に密着することによって制限されることを特徴とする、請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 小型カメラまたは光学センサによって少なくとも一つの弁が監視されることを特徴とする、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 血圧を測定し、その結果を制御ユニットに送信することを目的とする、好ましくは前記硬質シェル内に設置される少なくとも1つの圧力センサがあることを特徴とする、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 駆動システム(M、40および42)とピストンロッド(34または34b)との間の連結を手動で分離し、前記シリンダ(ダブル)ピストンユニットを手動で操作することを可能にし、問題が解決されると、ボタンを押圧して、連結すなわちカップリングを再確立するために、必要に応じて機械的結合部(39および39b)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~18のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
- 前記心臓半体のコネクタ(4,5,6)の外面に正の膨らみ(55)があり、動脈、静脈または接続ホースは、好ましくは少なくとも1つのクイックリリースファスナ(57)、特に返し(58)および/または負にアーチ形の表面(60)、ならびに安全要素(61)により、好ましくは緩めでかつ滑りにくいよう固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1~19のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓。
