Claims (16)
- 血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)であって、
完全置換型人工心臓(TAH)の第1および第2の人工心臓ポンプ(20a、20b)を受けて部分的に包囲するように構成された第1および第2の人工心臓ポンプ受容部材(3a、3b)と;
第1および第2のポンプ作動手段(60a、60b)を部分的に包囲するように構成された第1および第2のポンプ作動包囲部材(4a、4b)と
を含み、
前記人工心臓ポンプ受容部材(3a、3b)およびポンプ作動包囲部材(4a、4b)は、漏洩がないように互いに連結するように配置される、
前記血液ポンプハウジングデバイス。 - ポンプ受容部材(3a、3b)は、ねじ、リボン、ボルトとナット、および/または接着材からなる群から選択される連結手段(61a、61b)によってポンプ作動包囲部材(4a、4b)に連結される、請求項1に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- 各ポンプ受容部材(3a、3b)は、上側開端(6a、6b)と、下側開端(7a、7b)とを有し、前記上側開端(6a、6b)には、流入路(24a、24b)を備えた上側カバー(23a、23b)が配置され、前記下側開端(7a、7b)には、流出路(27a、27b)を備えた下側カバー(26a、26b)が配置される、請求項2に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- 流出路(27a、27b)は、一方向弁(29a、29b)を備える、請求項3に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- ポンプ受容部材(3a、3b)およびポンプ作動包囲部材(4a、4b)は、チタン、セラミック、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)被覆金属、ダイヤモンド被覆金属、シリコーンもしくはポリウレタン被覆金属、またはそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される生体適合性材料から製造される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- 前記第1および第2の心臓ポンプ(20a、20b)のそれぞれは、前記ポンプ受容部材(3a、3b)内に可動配置された弁筒(22a、22b)を含み、前記弁筒(22a、22b)は、弁(32a、32b)を備え、前記弁筒(22a、22b)を人工心房(25a、25b)と人工心室(28a、28b)に分割する弁平面(31a、31b)によって区切られている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- 前記第1および第2の人工心臓ポンプ(20a、20b)の前記人工心房(25a、25b)および人工心室(28a、28b)は、可撓性ライニング材料(37a、37b)を備え、前記可撓性ライニング材料(37a、37b)は、前記上側カバー(23a、23b)と前記上側開端(6a、6b)の上縁との間に配置された上側筒接合部(38a、38b)と、前記下側カバー(26a、26b)と下側開端(7a、7b)の低縁との間に配置された下側筒接合部(39a、39b)に連結される、請求項6に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- 前記ポンプ受容部材(3a、3b)は、ドッキングアパーチャ(8a、8b)を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- 第1および第2のポンプ作動包囲部材(4a、4b)のそれぞれは、ポンプ作動ケーシング(65a、65b)を含み、各第1および第2のポンプ作動ケーシング(65a、65b)は、ポンプ作動手段(60a、60b)を受けて包囲しポンプ受容部材(3a、3b)のドッキングアパーチャ(8a、8b)にドッキングするように構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- 前記第1および第2のポンプ作動ケーシング(65a、65b)は、前記ポンプ受容部材(3a、3b)の前記ドッキングアパーチャ(8a、8b)にドッキングされ、前記第1および第2のポンプ作動手段(60a、60b)は、制御装置からの制御信号に応答して弁筒(22a、22b)に上下方向運動を適用するように構成される、請求項9に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- 前記第1および第2のポンプ作動ケーシング(65a、65b)は、接着材、連結ねじ、ボルトとナット、クランプおよび/またはクリップからなる群から選択される連結手段(61a、61b)によってポンプ受容部材(3a、3b)の前記ドッキングアパーチャ(8a、8b)にドッキングされる、請求項9または10に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- 連結手段(61a、61b)は、ボルトおよびナットである、請求項11に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- ポンプ作動手段(60a、60b)は、弁筒(22a、22b)の両側に設けられた第1および第2の線形歯付き手段(68a、68b)と相互作用するように構成された複数の相互連結歯車(67a、67b)を含み、前記歯車(67a、67b)は、ポンプ作動手段によってもたらされる回転運動を弁筒(22a、22b)の上下直線運動に変換する、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- ポンプ作動手段(60a、60b)は、前記弁筒(22a、22b)を部分的に取り囲みそれに連結する2本の突出アーム(63a、63b)を含む半円ベースと相互連結されたボールねじ/ローラねじ(62)を含み、前記ボールねじ/ローラねじ(62)は、ポンプ作動手段によってもたらされる回転動作を弁筒(22a、22b)の上下直線動作に変換する複数の歯車(71、72、73)と相互連結される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- 前記2本の突出アーム(63a、63b)に設けられた作動側磁石(64a、64b)は、前記弁筒(22a、22b)に設けられた筒側磁石(40a、40b)に連結される、請求項14に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
- ポンプ作動包囲部材(4a、4b)は、取り外し可能電源ハウジング(66a、66b)を含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプハウジングデバイス(2)。
