-前記感光面の少なくともいくらかの部分を覆うシャドウマスクが、前記感光面と前記外側ペインの間に配置されている、
複合ペイン。
-感光面、及び
-感光面に面している、光センサの側に配置されているシャドウマスク(11)、
を備えており、
-前記シャドウマスクが、前記感光面から距離aのところにあり、前記シャドウマスクが、前記感光面の少なくともいくらかの部分を覆っている、

-感光面を有している少なくとも一つの光センサ、及び
-外側ペイン、

-前記光センサの感光面が、前記外側ペインに面しており、かつ
-前記感光面の少なくともいくらかの部分を覆っているシャドウマスクが、前記感光面と前記外側ペインの間に配置されている、
本発明の光センサを有している単一ペインに関する。ここで、外側ペインは、単一ペインと同義である。
-乗物照明(特にヘッドライト、テールライト、サイドマーカーライト)の切り替え状態:事前定義されたしきい値を下回ると、照明がオンになる;事前定義されたしきい値を超えると、照明がオフになる。
-電気的に切り替え可能又は制御可能な機能要素を有している複合ペインの領域の透過率特性。ペインの前記領域は、特に、ペインの上部3分の1にある切り替え可能又は制御可能なグレアシールド(「シェーディングバンド」としても周知)である。スイッチング状態は、周囲光の絶対量の関数として、あるいは、複数のフォトダイオード又は光センサ要素を使用した位置依存測定によって導出された太陽の位置の関数として制御できる。特に、太陽の位置が低い場合は、グレアシールドが必要である。制御可能な機能要素は、例えば、SPD要素(浮遊粒子デバイス)若しくはLC要素(液晶)若しくはエレクトロクロミック要素であってよい。
-乗物室内のディスプレイ要素の強度(明るさ)、例えば、LEDディスプレイ要素若しくはOLEDディスプレイ要素若しくはHUD技術を使用した投影。表示要素は、例えば、特にピクトグラム若しくは英数字インジケータの形式の警告灯又は情報表示である。

Claims (16)
- 複合ペイン(100)、特に、複合乗物ペインであって、
-少なくとも一つの熱可塑性中間層(3)を介して互いに結合されている、外側ペイン(1)及び内側ペイン(2)、並びに
-前記外側ペイン(1)と前記内側ペイン(2)の間に配置されており、感光面を有している少なくとも一つの光センサ(4)、
を少なくとも備えており、
-前記感光面(4.1)が、前記外側ペイン(1)に面しており、かつ、
-前記感光面(4.1)の少なくともいくらかの部分を覆っているシャドウマスク(11)が、前記感光面(4.1)と前記外側ペイン(1)の間に配置されている、
複合ペイン(100)。 - 前記感光面(4.1)と前記シャドウマスク(11)との間の距離が、100μm~10000μm、好ましくは500μm~1500μmである、請求項1に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記感光面(4.1)と前記シャドウマスク(11)との間の距離が、前記感光面(4.1)の幅又は長さの50%~150%、好ましくは75~125%である、請求項1に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記シャドウマスク(11)が、正確に、前記感光面(4.1)の第一領域(12.1)を覆っており、かつ、正確に、第二領域(12.1)を覆っていない、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記シャドウマスク(11)が、前記光センサ(4)の検出波長範囲において、50%以下、好ましくは30%以下、特に好ましくは10%以下、さらに好ましくは5%以下、特に2%以下の透過率を有している、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 透明保護層(4.2)が、前記感光面(4.1)と前記外側ペイン(1)との間に、好ましくは前記感光面(4.1)に直接に配置されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記保護層(4.2)が、10nm~1000nmの厚さを有している、請求項6に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記シャドウマスク(11)が、前記光センサ(4)のハウジングに直接に、及び/又は請求項6又は7に記載の前記保護層(4.2)に、及び/又は前記外側ペイン(1)の室内側面(II)に配置されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記シャドウマスク(11)が、少なくとも一つの色層、特に黒色を有している色層、及び/又は少なくとも一つのフィルム、好ましくは黒色フィルム若しくは一つの表面が黒色化されたフィルムからなる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記シャドウマスク(11)が、前記保護層(4.2)に直接に印刷又はスタンプされている色層からなる、請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。

前記シャドウマスク(11)が、前記第一領域(12.1)と前記第二領域(12.2)との間のシャープエッジ(11.1)を有しており、及び/又は前記第一領域(12.1)と前記第二領域(12.2)との間の境界線(11.2)に沿っているエッジ(11.1)が、直線、僅かに湾曲、又は直角である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。 - 前記光センサー(4)が、少なくとも一つのプリント回路基板(5)、好ましくは少なくとも一つのフレキシブルプリント回路基板に配置されている、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記複合ペイン(100)が、少なくとも二つの光センサ(4)、好ましくは正確に二つ、正確に三つ、又は正確に四つの光センサー(4)を含んでいる、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の、統合された光センサ(4)を有する複合ペイン(100)の製造方法であって、
(a)外側ペイン(1)、内側ペイン(2)、少なくとも一つの熱可塑性フィルム、及びプリント回路基板(5)に配置されている光センサ(4)を、スタックとして配置することによって、前記フィルムと前記光センサー(4)を、前記外側ペイン(1)と前記内側ペイン(2)の間に配置し、
(b)前記外側ペイン(1)を、少なくとも一つの熱可塑性フィルムから形成された中間層(3)を介して積層することよって、前記内側ペイン(2)に結合する、
複合ペイン(100)の製造方法。 - 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の統合された光センサ(4)を有している複合ペイン(100)の、乗物ペイン、好ましくは、水上、陸上、航空の乗物ペインとしての、特に、好ましくは、自動車のウインドシールド、リアウインドウ、又はルーフパネルとしての使用。
- 前記光センサ(4)が、前記乗物の評価及び制御電子機器に接続されており、かつ、前記乗物の照明の切り替え状態、ペイン領域の透過率特性、空調システムの機能、HUDディスプレイの明るさ、及び/又は前記乗物室内のディスプレイ要素の強度が、前記光センサー(4)によって測定された周囲光の関数として、制御される、請求項15に記載の使用。
