(b)少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層、及びインレイ要素が、第一ペインと第二ペインとの間に配置され;かつ
(c)第一ペインは、積層により、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層を介して第二ペインに結合される。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも下記を具備している、乗り物複合ペイン(1)
-少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(4)を介して互いに結合されている、第一ペイン(2)及び第二ペイン(3)、並びに
-少なくとも1つのカットアウト部(8)を有している不透明層(6)、透明基材層(7)、及び透明電気加熱可能層(9)を少なくとも備えている、インレイ要素(5)、
ここで、前記インレイ要素(5)は、前記第一ペイン(2)と前記第二ペイン(3)との間に配置されている。 - 前記インレイ要素(5)において、前記透明基材層(7)は、前記不透明層(6)と前記透明電気加熱可能層(9)との間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記インレイ要素(5)において、前記透明電気加熱可能層(9)は、前記透明基材層(7)と前記不透明層(6)との間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記インレイ要素(5)において、前記透明基材層(7)は、前記不透明層(6)の前記少なくとも1つのカットアウト部(8)範囲内に完全に配置されており、かつ前記透明電気加熱可能層(9)は、その表面全体に亘って、前記不透明層(6)と前記透明基材層(7)とに直接隣接して配置されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記インレイ要素(5)において、前記透明基材層(7)と前記透明電気加熱可能層(9)とは、電気加熱可能透明基材層(10)として一体的に実施されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記インレイ要素(5)において、前記不透明層(6)と前記透明電気加熱可能層(9)とは、少なくとも1つのカットアウト部(8)を有している電気加熱可能不透明層(11)として一体的に実施されており;かつ前記透明基材層(7)は、その表面全体に亘って、前記電気加熱可能不透明層(11)と前記少なくとも1つのカットアウト部(8)とに直接隣接して配置されており、又は、前記電気加熱可能不透明層(11)の前記少なくとも1つのカットアウト部(8)範囲内に完全に配置されている、請求項1に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのカットアウト部(8)は、光学センサ(12)のためのセンサウィンドウである、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記不透明層(6)は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリエチレン(PE)、好ましくはPETを含み、又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリエチレン(PE)、好ましくはPETからできている、請求項1~5又は7のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記透明基材層(7)は、熱可塑性若しくは熱硬化性プラスチックを含み、又は0.5mm以下の厚さを有しているガラス層である、請求項1~4又は6~8のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記透明電気加熱可能層(9)は、電気加熱可能コート、炭素含有層、若しくは金属層である、又は導電性ポリマーを含み若しくは導電性ポリマーからできている、請求項1~4又は7~9のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記電気加熱可能透明基材層(10)又は前記電気加熱可能不透明層(11)は、導電性ポリマーを含み又は導電性ポリマーからできている、請求項5又は6に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記不透明層(6)又は前記電気加熱可能不透明層(11)は、少なくとも部分的に、800nm及び1100nmの間の範囲の波長の赤外線放射に対して透明である、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記乗り物複合ペイン(1)は、中心線に沿って鏡面対称であるウィンドシールドであり、かつ前記インレイ要素(5)は、前記ウィンドシールドの上方端部(O)近傍の、前記中心線上に配置されている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)の製造方法、ここで、
(a)第一ペイン(2)、第二ペイン(3)、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(4)、並びに少なくとも1つのカットアウト部(8)を有している不透明層(6)、透明基材層(7)、及び透明電気加熱可能層(9)を少なくとも備えているインレイ要素(5)、が提供され;
(b)前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(4)、及び前記インレイ要素(5)が、前記第一ペイン(2)と前記第二ペイン(3)との間に配置され;かつ
(c)前記第一ペイン(2)は、積層により、前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(4)を介して前記第二ペイン(3)に結合される。 - 乗り物、好ましくは自動車のウィンドシールドとしての、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物複合ペイン(1)の使用。
