Abstract
Description

式中、Rが、p-クロロフェニル、3-エチニルフェニル、3-クロロ-4-フルオロフェニル、2-フルオロ-4-ヨードフェニル、4-クロロ-3-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル、3-(1,1-ジメチルエチル)-1-メチル-1H-ピラゾール-5-イル、3-(トリフルオロメトキシ)フェニル、3,5-ジヒドロキシフェニル、フェニル-3-スルホンアミドまたは3-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル、またはその薬学的に許容される塩もしくは溶媒和物からなる群から選択される化合物;
式(II)の化合物であって、
式中、RがNHR1であり、ここで、R1が、2-フルオロ-4-ヨードフェニル、またはその薬学的に許容される塩もしくは溶媒和物である化合物;
式(III)の化合物であって、
式中、RがNHR1であり、ここで、R1が3-エチニルフェニル、3-クロロ-4-フルオロフェニル、2-フルオロ-4-ヨードフェニル、または4-クロロ-3-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル、またはその薬学的に許容される塩もしくは溶媒和物である化合物;
またはそれらの組み合わせから選択される、治療および/または予防有効用量の少なくとも1つのBRaf阻害剤;および薬学的に許容される担体または賦形剤を含む、請求項1に記載の使用。 - 前記BRaf阻害剤が式(I)の化合物であり、Rが3-(トリフルオロメトキシ)フェニルである、請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記BRaf阻害剤が、BRafの活性を阻害し、細胞増殖を増加させる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記組成物が局所投与用に製剤化される、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記組成物が、ゲル、ヒドロゲル、軟膏、クリーム、ペースト、フォーム、スプレー、ローション、液体または皮膚パッチの形態である、請求項5に記載の使用。
- 前記組成物中の前記BRAf阻害剤が、前記組成物の総重量の1%w/w~5%w/wの濃度で存在する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記組成物中の前記BRAf阻害剤が、前記組成物の総重量の0.1%w/w~10%w/wの濃度で存在する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記放射線皮膚炎の重症度を軽減するか、または拡大を予防する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記皮膚有害反応の重症度を、国立がん研究所有害事象共通用語規準(NCI-CTCAE)version 5.0によって、または放射線治療腫瘍学グループ(RTOG)のグレーディングスケールに従って定義した場合、グレード4からグレード3、2、1または0まで低下させる、請求項9に記載の使用。
- 前記皮膚有害反応の重症度を、国立がん研究所有害事象共通用語規準(NCI-CTCAE)version 5.0、または対応するRTOGグレードによって定義した場合、グレード3からグレード2、1または0まで低下させる、請求項9に記載の使用。
- 前記皮膚有害反応の重症度を、国立がん研究所有害事象共通用語規準(NCI-CTCAE)version 5.0、または対応するRTOGグレードによって定義した場合、グレード2からグレード1または0まで低下させる、請求項9に記載の使用。
- 前記皮膚有害反応の重症度を、国立がん研究所有害事象共通用語規準(NCI-CTCAE)version 5.0、または対応するRTOGグレードによって定義した場合、グレード1からグレード0まで低下させる、請求項9に記載の使用。
- 前記皮膚有害反応が、国立がん研究所有害事象共通用語規準(NCI-CTCAE)version 5.0、または対応するRTOGグレードによって定義した場合、グレード0からグレード1、2、3、または4まで上昇するのを予防する、請求項9に記載の使用。
- 前記皮膚有害反応が、国立がん研究所有害事象共通用語規準(NCI-CTCAE)version 5.0、または対応するRTOGグレードによって定義した場合、グレード1からグレード2、3、または4まで上昇するのを予防する、請求項9に記載の使用。
- 前記皮膚有害反応が、国立がん研究所有害事象共通用語規準(NCI-CTCAE)version 5.0、または対応するRTOGグレードによって定義した場合、グレード2からグレード3または4まで上昇するのを予防する、請求項9に記載の使用。
