Claims (15)
- 非空気圧式タイヤであって、

前記インナーリングと同軸のアウターリングと、
前記インナーリングから前記アウターリングまで延在する支持構造体と、
前記アウターリングの周りに延在する周方向トレッドであって、前記周方向トレッドが、単一の材料で構成されたバンド層と、前記バンド層に直接取り付けられたトレッドゴム層と、を含む、周方向トレッドと、を備える、非空気圧式タイヤ。 - 前記バンド層が、前記アウターリングに直接取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の非空気圧式タイヤ。
- 前記バンド層の前記単一の材料が、金属材料である、請求項1に記載の非空気圧式タイヤ。
- 前記バンド層の前記単一の材料が、ポリマー材料である、請求項1に記載の非空気圧式タイヤ。
- 前記単一の材料が、少なくとも410MPaの極限引張強度を有する、請求項1に記載の非空気圧式タイヤ。
- 前記単一の材料が、少なくとも830MPaの極限引張強度を有する、請求項1に記載の非空気圧式タイヤ。
- 前記単一の材料が、少なくとも1400MPaの極限引張強度を有する、請求項1に記載の非空気圧式タイヤ。
- 前記単一の材料が、25マイクロン未満の平均表面粗さの状態の表面を有する、請求項1に記載の非空気圧式タイヤ。
- 前記単一の材料が、1.6マイクロン未満の平均表面粗さの状態の表面を有する、請求項1に記載の非空気圧式タイヤ。
- 前記単一の材料が、0.8マイクロン未満の平均表面粗さの状態の表面を有する、請求項1に記載の非空気圧式タイヤ。
- 非空気圧式タイヤを作製する方法であって、前記方法が、
インナーリングと、前記インナーリングと同軸のアウターリングと、前記インナーリングから前記アウターリングまで延在する支持構造体と、を有するアセンブリを提供することと、
前記アウターリングの周りにシームレスシリンダを提供することであって、前記シームレスシリンダが、単一の材料で構成されている、提供することと、
前記シームレスシリンダの周りにトレッドゴムを提供することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記シームレスシリンダの前記提供が、シームレスシリンダを荒鍛造することと、次いで、前記シームレスシリンダを冷間形成して、前記シームレスシリンダの壁を薄くすることと、を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
