最大可溶性炭化水素(Largest Soluble Hydrocarbon、LSH):各ハイドロフルオロオレフィン化合物のLSHは、室温(25℃)及び50℃において、化合物を様々な分子量の炭化水素(CnH2n+2、式中、n=9~24)と、約1:1~1:2のハイドロフルオロオレフィン:炭化水素の重量比で混合することによって決定した。LSH値は、肉眼にヘイズを呈することなくハイドロフルオロオレフィンと相溶性であった、最大の炭化水素についての式CnH2n+2におけるnの値として報告される。本明細書では、nの値が大きいほど、ハイドロフルオロオレフィンの炭化水素を洗浄する能力が高いことを示すものとして解釈する。
実施例1:KOHの存在下、MeOHによる2,3-ジクロロ-1,1,1,4,4,4-ヘキサフルオロブタ-2-エンの置換を介した、2-クロロ-1,1,1,4,4,4-ヘキサフルオロ-3-メトキシブタ-2-エン
表2に、実施例1及び4の最大可溶性炭化水素(LSH)試験の結果をまとめる。使用される最大の炭化水素はC-23(C23H48)であったため、「>23」のLSHは、ハイドロフルオロオレフィンがヘイズを示すことなくC23H48と混和性であったことを示す。表2に示される結果は、本発明のハイドロフルオロオレフィンが、洗浄用途に非常に好適な流体であることを示す。
Claims (12)
- 前記炭化水素汚染物質が、式CnH2n+2[式中、nは5超である]を有する炭化水素を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記構造式(I)を有する化合物が、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも25重量%の量で前記組成物中に存在する、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記構造式(I)を有する化合物が、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも50重量%の量で前記組成物中に存在する、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記炭化水素汚染物質が、洗浄後組成物中の前記構造式(I)の化合物の総重量に基づいて、0.0001~20重量%の量で前記組成物中に存在する、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 共溶媒を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記共溶媒が、アルコール、エーテル、アルカン、アルケン、ハロアルケン、ペルフルオロカーボン、ペルフルオロ第三級アミン、ペルフルオロエーテル、シクロアルカン、エステル、ケトン、オキシラン、芳香族、ハロ芳香族、シロキサン、ハイドロクロロカーボン、ハイドロクロロフルオロカーボン、ハイドロフルオロカーボン、ハイドロフルオロオレフィン、ハイドロクロロオレフィン、ハイドロクロロフルオロオレフィン、ハイドロフルオロエーテル、又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 界面活性剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記構造式(I)を有する化合物と前記界面活性剤との総重量に基づいて、0.1~5重量パーセントの前記界面活性剤を含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤が、エトキシ化アルコール、エトキシ化アルキルフェノール、エトキシ化脂肪酸、アルキルアリールスルホネート、グリセロールエステル、エトキシ化フルオロアルコール、フッ素化スルホンアミド、又はこれらの混合物を含む非イオン性界面活性剤を含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
