Description
Claims (24)
- - 複数のバッテリーセル(7)を収容するよう構成された非弾性材料から成るハウジング(3)と、
- 弾性中間ユニット(4)と、
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)がバッテリーセル(7)を挟持できるように弾性変形させるために、前記弾性中間ユニット(4)にプリロード(F1)をかけるように構成されたプリロード機構(5)と
を含むバッテリーセルホルダー。 - 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)が複数の貫通口(40)を有しており、各貫通口が1つのバッテリーセル(7)を収容するために構成されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)が、多孔板状で、弾性であり、一体的な嵌込体である貫通口(40)を有する、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記ハウジング(3)が複数の部分から成っており、かつ前記プリロード機構(5)が前記ハウジングにプリロードをかけるよう構成されており、これにより前記弾性中間ユニット(4)が弾性変形し、それによって前記バッテリーセル(7)が挟持される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記プリロード機構(5)が、とりわけネジ結合部を使って、調整可能なプリロード(F1)を提供するよう構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記プリロード機構が所定のプリロード(F1)だけを施し、かつとりわけ溶接結合部および/またはクリップ結合部を有している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- - 前記プリロード機構(5)が複数のピン要素(50)を含んでおり、
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)が、貫通口(40)の間の移行領域に複数の補助孔(43)を有しており、
- それぞれ1つのピン要素(50)が1つの補助孔(43)内に配置されており、かつ前記ピン要素の直径(D2)が少なくとも部分的には、前記補助孔(43)の直径(D1)より大きい、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。 - 前記ハウジングが組立の際に前記ピン要素(50)と接触し、かつ前記ハウジングが前記ピン要素を前記補助孔(43)に押し込むように構成されている、請求項7に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記ピン要素(50)が自由端で、先細りしている、とりわけ円錐形に先細りしている領域(53)を有している、請求項7または8に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)が、前記バッテリーセル(7)の軸方向に互いに離隔して配置されている第1の弾性要素(41)および第2の弾性要素(42)を含んでいる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)に隣接して配置された突っ張り要素(6)をさらに含んでいる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記突っ張り要素(6)が、前記第1および第2の弾性要素の間で前記貫通口の軸方向に配置されている、請求項11に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記突っ張り要素(6)が複数の個々のスリーブを含んでおり、または前記突っ張り要素が、複数の貫通口(60)をもつ多孔板状の一体的な要素である、請求項11または12に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記ハウジング(3)が土台(31)および蓋(32)を有している、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)が複数の弾性個別要素(45)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)が、複数の挟持領域をもつ1つだけの弾性の単一部品である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 突っ張り要素(6)をさらに含んでおり、前記弾性中間ユニット(4)が前記突っ張り要素(6)に、とりわけ前記突っ張り要素(6)の上面および下面に配置されている、請求項15または16に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)が前記突っ張り要素(6)に固定されている、請求項17に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)および前記突っ張り要素(6)が、非弾性の担持要素と前記担持要素に射出成形された弾性中間要素とから成る2成分部材を構成している、請求項18に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)が、補助孔(43)を有してまたは如何なる開口部もなしで形成されている、請求項15から19のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記突っ張り要素(6)が複数の貫通口(60)を有しており、各貫通口(60)が1つのバッテリーセル(7)を収容するように構成されている、請求項17から20のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 前記弾性中間ユニット(4)に配置されており、かつバッテリーセルの外装に電気接触するよう構成された電気接触要素(70)をさらに含んでいる、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー。
- 複数のバッテリーセル(7)および請求項1から22のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルホルダー(2)を含むバッテリーシステム。
- 前記バッテリーセル(7)と前記弾性中間ユニット(4)との間隙(9)内に冷媒を供給する冷却機構(10)をさらに含んでいる、請求項14に記載のバッテリーシステム。
