Abstract
Description
a)ヒドロキシル官能価が2、ヒドロキシル価が50~150mgKOH/g、特にヒドロキシル価が65~90mgKOH/gの範囲であるポリエステルポリオールと、
b)任意で、ヒドロキシル官能価が3、ヒドロキシル価が180~250mgKOH/g、特にヒドロキシル価が220~240mgKOH/gの範囲であるポリエーテルポリオールと、
c)ヒドロキシル官能価が3、ヒドロキシル価が20~40mgKOH/g、特にヒドロキシル価が30~35mgKOH/gの範囲であるポリエーテルポリオールと、
d)ヒドロキシル価が25~45mgKOH/g、特にヒドロキシル価が30~40mgKOH/gの範囲であるブロック/共重合体と、
e)触媒活性添加剤と安定化添加剤との組み合わせ。
i)ポリエーテルポリオールを合成する際のスターター分子に依存するヒドロキシル官能価;
ii)ヒドロキシル基含有量の指標であり、mgKOH/gで示されるヒドロキシル又はOH数、これはDIN 53240により決定される;
iii)ポリエーテルポリオールのポリオキシアルキレン鎖の長さの指標である分子量(Mw)。
56100=OH数-(Mw/ヒドロキシル官能価)。
使用されるポリオールは、使用するスターター分子、結果として生じる官能価、分子量、及び反応性が異なる。さらに、例えば、プレポリマーを使用することにより、イソシアネート成分を介して材料挙動に特定の変更をすることも可能である。
床被覆絶縁材:
絶縁要求が高まった領域/省略又は防音フィルムの単位面積当たりの重量軽減
音響効果-利用可能な設置スペース/重量/足元の抵抗の関係を考慮して、ここではフォームの特性を調整する。フォーム表面の粘着力を調整する際には、床パネルの設置条件を考慮する必要がある。
エンジンの高性能化に伴い、騒音の発生量も増加している。この騒音は、内部で、特にバルクヘッドクラッドで遮断する必要がある。そのためには、より強力な部品が必要となり、これはバネ質量構造、特に質量層の単位面積当たりの重量が大きいもので効率的に表すことができる。同時に、自動でスマートなコンセプトにしようとしてネットワークがますます複雑化し、そのために必要な部品が増える傾向にあり、実際のバルクヘッド絶縁のために利用可能な設置スペースがますます小さくなっている。その結果、これらの部品はますます薄くなり、(この場合はフォーム)体積や層の厚さが不足は、(音響的に)特に効果的なフォーム系を必要とする。記載されているハイブリッド配合物に基づく粘弾性フレキシブルフォームは、非常に高い損失係数のために不足している絶縁体積を補い、従来のシステムでは実現できない比較的コンパクトな絶縁コンセプトを可能する。さらに、同じサイズのフォーム絶縁材でも質量層を大幅に軽量化できるコンセプトを実現することができる。
例えば、Tesla、Model Sのようなeモータ用の音響的に効果的なモータカプセルが知られており、これはPUR軟質フォーム及びヘビーホイルからなる。バネ-質量構造に要求される有効性を達成するために、ヘビーホイルの単位面積当たりの重量が大きいことが必要である。特に、水素化物配合物の損失係数は、比較して非常に高いレベルに設定できるため、音響効果の大幅な改善が達成される。同時に、電気自動車に限らず重要な要件であるヘビーホイル部分の軽量化も実現している。CNSL系ポリエステルジオールとその環状構造は、温度安定性を高め、安全性に関連する燃焼挙動を改善する。

Claims (15)
- 粘弾性PUR成形フォームを製造するためのポリウレタンフォーム配合物であって:
a)ヒドロキシル官能価が2、ヒドロキシル価が50~150mgKOH/gの範囲であるポリエステルポリオールと、
b)任意で、ヒドロキシル官能価が3、ヒドロキシル価が180~250mgKOH/gの範囲であるポリエーテルポリオールと、
c)ヒドロキシル官能価が3、ヒドロキシル価が20~40mgKOH/gの範囲であるポリエーテルポリオールと、
d)ヒドロキシル価が25~45mgKOH/gの範囲であるブロック/共重合体と、
e)触媒添加剤と安定化添加剤との組み合わせとを含む、ポリウレタンフォーム配合物。 - 前記成分(a)の割合が、前記ポリオール成分に対して5~45重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配合物。
- 前記成分(b)の割合が、前記ポリオール成分に対して0~55重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の配合物。
- 前記成分(c)の割合が、前記ポリオール成分に対して40~95重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の配合物。
- 前記成分(d)の割合が、前記ポリオール成分に対して2~10重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の配合物。
- 前記ポリエステルジオールがCNSLベースであることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の配合物。
- 前記成分(b)及び/又は成分(c)のポリエーテルポリオールが、グリセロールに由来することを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の配合物。
- エチレンオキシド及び/又はプロピレンオキシドのブロック/共重合体がグリセロールに由来することを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の配合物。
- 前記触媒活性添加剤が少なくとも1つの反応性(アジ化水素)基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の配合物。
- 軟質弾性及び粘弾性成形フォームの製造方法であって、
A)(ポリ)イソシアネート成分と、
B)請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の配合物と、
C)水と、
D)1つ以上の触媒と、
E)適切な、他の賦形剤、充填剤、安定剤、及び/又は発泡剤とが反応されることを特徴とする、方法。 - MDI、又はNCO含有量が22~33%、好ましくは28~32%の範囲のMDIをベースとするプレポリマーが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- MDIインデックスが、50~100の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 反応射出成形によって、鋳造によって、又はスラブストックフォームとして得られる粘弾性フォームであって、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の配合物を含む、粘弾性フォーム。
- 請求項13に記載の粘弾性フォームを含む成型品。
- 遮音材としての請求項14に記載の成形品の使用。
