前記センサモジュール装置(100)が低圧センサモジュール(1)を含有していて、該低圧センサモジュール(1)が圧力調整弁(44)と協働する
ことを特徴とする、圧縮された流体を蓄えるためのタンク装置(24)。 - 前記低圧センサモジュール(1)または前記高圧センサモジュール(28)がセンサハウジング(2)を有しており、該センサハウジング(2)内にセンサチップ(6)が配置されていて、該センサチップ(6)が電線接続(8)を介してリードフレーム(4)に接続可能である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタンク装置(24)。 - 前記センサハウジング(2)がプラスチックより製作されている
