Claims (17)
- 平坦材料のプレス処理のための装置であって、
前記平坦材料を搬送方向に搬送する搬送手段と、
前記搬送方向において静止し、前記平坦材料上で両面に作用する少なくとも1つのプレスローラペアと
を備え、
1つの前記プレスローラペアの両プレスローラ又は、複数の前記プレスローラペアのうちの少なくとも1つの前記プレスローラペアの両プレスローラは、少なくともその周囲において半径方向に弾性的に変形可能である、
装置。 - 前記搬送方向において前後に配置された少なくとも2つの前記プレスローラペアを備える、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記装置はダブルバンドプレスである、
請求項1又は2記載の装置。 - 前記平坦材料を加熱するためのヒータ手段を備える、
請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記ヒータ手段は前記ダブルバンドプレスのバンドを介して間接的に前記平坦材料上に作用する、
請求項3を引用する請求項4記載の装置。 - 前記ヒータ手段の少なくとも一部は誘導的に作用する、
請求項4又は5記載の装置。 - 複数の前記ヒータ手段の少なくとも一部は、前記平坦材料の中心平面に垂直に方向づけられた磁界成分を有する磁界を生成するように、設計されている、
請求項6記載の装置。 - 前記ヒータ手段又は複数の前記ヒータ手段の少なくとも一部は、少なくとも部分的にメアンダ形状の経路を有する、
請求項4乃至7いずれか1項記載の装置。 - 複数の前記ヒータ手段の少なくとも一部は、処理されるべき平坦材料の部分セクションをU字形状に取り囲むように設計されている、
請求項4乃至8いずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記搬送方向に対して平行、且つ前記プレスローラの回転軸に対して平行に延在する平坦材料の中心平面に対する前記ヒータ要素の距離を、開リープ又は閉ループ制御する制御手段を備える、
請求項4乃至9いずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記搬送方向に平行に延在する、前記平坦材料の中心平面に対する前記ヒータ手段の一定の距離を確保するためのスペーサを備える、
請求項4乃至9いずれか1項記載の装置。 - 少なくとも2つの前記プレスローラペアは、閉ループ制御又は開ループ制御可能であり、異なるプレス力を印加可能である、
請求項1乃至11いずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプレスローラペアの複数のプレスローラのうちの少なくとも1つは、冷却流体の通過のための空洞を有する、
請求項1乃至12いずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプレスローラペアの複数のプレスローラのうちの少なくとも1つは、外周において、断熱層を介して保護されている、
請求項1乃至13いずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記断熱層は前記プレスローラの構成部材である、
請求項14記載の装置。 - 前記断熱層は、前記プレスローラの部分的周囲まわりに別個にガイドされたベルトを介して形成されている、
