Claims (15)
- 金属製品または合金製品の表面処理方法および/または製造方法であって、以下の工程:
a)金属製品または合金製品の表面のつや消し
b)金属製品または合金製品の前記つや消し表面の電気化学的処理
を含む方法。 - 金属製品または合金製品の表面の研削、好ましくはバレル仕上げおよび/またはベルト研磨が工程a)の前に行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程a)を実施するためにブラスト媒体、特に延性、すなわち非脆性のブラスト媒体が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ブラスト媒体が金属または合金、特にステンレス鋼、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ブラスト媒体が角および/または端を有しておらず、特に球形および/またはビーズ形状を有しており、または対応して構成されたブラスト媒体本体を含むことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 工程b)を実施するために金属製品または合金製品の前記つや消し表面の電解研磨が実施されることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程b)を実施するために金属製品または合金製品の前記つや消し表面の陽極酸洗いが実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の工程。
- 工程b)が複数回、特に2回実施されることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程b)が、それぞれ30秒~120秒、特に45秒~90秒、好ましくは60秒の期間にわたって実施されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 工程c)金属製品または合金製品の電気化学的に処理された表面の不動態化が、工程b)の後に行われることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- クエン酸および/または硝酸を含有する不動態化水溶液が工程c)を実施するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 工程d)金属製品または合金製品の包装を工程c)の後に行うこと、および工程cd)金属製品または合金製品の滅菌を工程c)と工程d)との間で行なうこと、または工程e)金属製品または合金製品の滅菌を工程d)の後に行うことを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 金属製品または合金製品が鋼、特に非錆性または耐食性ステンレス鋼、好ましくはマルテンサイト耐食性ステンレス鋼からなることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 金属製品または合金製品が、医療工学製品、特に医療器具、好ましくは外科用器具、またはそのような医療工学製品のための中間体、特に半完成部品、ブランクもしくは部分的に製造された部品であるか、または医療工学製品の構成要素であることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されたかまたは製造することができる金属製品または合金製品。
