Abstract
Description
1.3価クロム化合物の含量による物性の変化
本発明の表面処理溶液組成物の各成分の含量による物性の変化を実験するために、3価クロム化合物として硝酸クロム及びリン酸クロム;バナジウム系防錆耐食剤としてバナジウムアセチルアセトネート;コロイダルシリカとしてLudox HAS(snowtex-O);シランカップリング剤としてテトラエチルオルソシリケート及び3-グリシルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランの重量比1:1の混合物;ポリシロキサンコポリマーとしてポリビニルシロキサン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン及び酸触媒としてリン酸を使用して合成した重量平均分子量650のポリシロキサンコポリマー;及び水を含む表面処理溶液組成物を製造した。
ASTM B117に規定された方法に基づいて、試験片を処理した後、時間経過に伴う鋼板の白錆発生率を測定した。このとき、評価基準は次のとおりである。
◎:白錆発生時間が144時間以上
○:白錆発生時間が96時間以上144時間未満
△:白錆発生時間が55時間未満96時間未満
×:白錆発生時間が55時間未満
試験片をエリクソン試験機(Erichsen tester)を用いて6mmの高さに押し上げた後、24時間経過したときの白錆発生程度を測定した。このとき、評価基準は次のとおりである。
◎:48時間経過後の白錆発生が5%未満
△:48時間経過後の白錆発生が5%以上7%未満
×:48時間経過後の白錆発生が7%以上
試験片を50℃、相対湿度95%が維持される恒温恒湿機に120時間放置することで、試験前/後の試験片の色変化(色差:ΔE)を観察した。このとき、評価基準は次のとおりである。
◎:ΔE≦2
○:2<ΔE≦3
△:3<ΔE≦4
×:ΔE>4
上記実施例3による3価クロム表面処理溶液組成物を使用するとともに、リン酸クロム(III)及び硝酸クロム(III)の割合を下記表3に記載されたリン酸クロム及び硝酸クロムの割合になるように制御した。具体的に、蒸留水にリン酸クロム化合物及び硝酸クロムを投入し、80℃で1時間反応させた後、常温まで冷却して3価クロム化合物(リン酸クロム(III)及び硝酸クロム(III))を製造した。このとき、上記リン酸クロム及び硝酸クロムの割合が下記表3の割合を満たすように、各成分の含量を制御した。
本発明の3価クロムを含有した表面処理溶液組成物、3価クロム化合物として硝酸クロム及びリン酸クロム;バナジウム系防錆耐食剤としてバナジウムアセチルアセトネート;コロイダルシリカとしてLudox HAS(snowtex-O);シランカップリング剤としてテトラエチルオルソシリケート及び3-グリシルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランの重量比1:1の混合物;ポリシロキサンコポリマーとしてポリビニルシロキサン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン及び酸触媒としてリン酸を使用して合成した重量平均分子量650のポリシロキサンコポリマーを含み、上記組成物の固形分を基準として、下記表4に記載された含量で混合した。
試験片をアルカリ脱脂溶液に60℃、2分間浸漬した後、水洗、Air blowingしてから前/後の色差(ΔE)を測定した。アルカリ脱脂溶液は、韓国の大韓パーカライジング社のFinecleaner L4460 A:20g/2.4L+L4460 B 12g/2.4L(pH=12)を使用した。このとき、評価基準は以下のとおりである。
◎:ΔE≦2
○:2<ΔE≦3
△:3<ΔE≦4
×:ΔE>4
溶接性は、空圧式AC Spot溶接機を用いて加圧力250kg、溶接時間15Cycle、通電電流は7.5kAでSpatterがなく、一定の強度を維持するものとして評価した。このとき、評価基準は、溶接が可能(○)、不可能(×)及び溶接品質不良(△)の3つのモードで評価基準を提示した。
本発明の3価クロムを含有した表面処理溶液組成物、3価クロム化合物として硝酸クロム及びリン酸クロム;バナジウム系防錆耐食剤としてバナジウムアセチルアセトネート;コロイダルシリカとしてLudox HAS(snowtex-O);シランカップリング剤としてテトラエチルオルソシリケート及び3-グリシルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランの重量比1:1の混合物;ポリシロキサンコポリマーとしてポリビニルシロキサン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン及び酸触媒としてリン酸を使用して合成した重量平均分子量650のポリシロキサンコポリマーを含み、下記表6に記載された含量(組成物の固形分基準)で混合した。
本発明の3価クロムを含有した表面処理溶液組成物、3価クロム化合物として硝酸クロム及びリン酸クロム;バナジウム系防錆耐食剤としてバナジウムアセチルアセトネート;コロイダルシリカとしてLudox HAS(snowtex-O);シランカップリング剤としてテトラエチルオルソシリケート及び3-グリシルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランの重量比1:1の混合物;ポリシロキサンコポリマーとしてポリビニルシロキサン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン及び酸触媒としてリン酸を使用して合成した重量平均分子量650のポリシロキサンコポリマーを含み、下記表7に記載された含量(組成物の固形分基準)で混合した。
本発明の3価クロムを含有した表面処理溶液組成物、3価クロム化合物として硝酸クロム及びリン酸クロム;バナジウム系防錆耐食剤としてバナジウムアセチルアセトネート;コロイダルシリカとしてLudox HAS(snowtex-O);シランカップリング剤としてテトラエチルオルソシリケート及び3-グリシルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランの重量比1:1の混合物;ポリシロキサンコポリマーとしてポリビニルシロキサン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン及び酸触媒としてリン酸を使用して合成した重量平均分子量650のポリシロキサンコポリマーを含み、下記表8に記載された含量(組成物の固形分基準)で混合した。
溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を7cm×15cm(横×縦)に切断して油分を除去した後、上記実施例2の組成物(シランカップリング剤の成分は、実施例41基準)をバー(BAR)コーティングし、熱風乾燥炉で乾燥させることで試験片を作製した。コーティングされた被膜層の厚さとPMTの温度を下記表9に記載された厚さに制御した。
Claims (27)
- リン酸クロム(A)及び硝酸クロム(B)を含み、その含量比A/(A+B)が0.3~0.6を満たす3価クロム化合物30~51重量%;
シランカップリング剤5~15重量%;
バナジウム系防錆耐食剤0.2~3重量%;
コロイダルシリカ3~12重量%;
ポリシロキサンコポリマー0.5~5重量%;及び
水14~61.3重量%を含む、表面処理溶液組成物。 - 前記シランカップリング剤は、2-(3,4エポキシシクロヘキシル)-エチルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシルオキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、3-グリシルオキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン、N-2-(アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、N-2-(アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、N-2-(アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-ウレイドプロピルトリメトキシシラン、及びテトラエチルオルソシリケートからなる群より選択される一つ以上である、請求項1に記載の表面処理溶液組成物。
- 前記バナジウム系防錆耐食剤は、五酸化バナジウム(V2O5)、メタバナジウム酸(HVO3)、メタバナジウム酸アンモニウム、メタバナジウム酸ナトリウム、オキシ三塩化バナジウム(VOCl3)、三酸化バナジウム(V2O3)、二酸化バナジウム(VO2)、オキシ硫酸バナジウム(VOSO4)、オキシシュウ酸バナジウム[VO(COO)2]、バナジウムオキシアセチルアセトネート[VO(OC(CH3)=CHCOCH3))2]、バナジウムアセチルアセトネート[V(OC(CH3)=CHCOCH3))3]、三塩化バナジウム(VCl3)、硫酸バナジウム(VSO4・8H2O)、二塩化バナジウム(VCl2)及び酸化バナジウム(VO)からなる群より選択される一つ以上である、請求項1に記載の表面処理溶液組成物。
- 前記コロイダルシリカは粒子サイズ5~15nmであり、pH3~5の酸性水溶液中に水分散された、請求項1に記載の表面処理溶液組成物。
- 前記コロイダルシリカはLudox HAS(snowtex-O)である、請求項1に記載の表面処理溶液組成物。
- 前記ポリシロキサンコポリマーは、シロキサン化合物及びシラン化合物のうち少なくとも一つの成分を含む、請求項1に記載の表面処理溶液組成物。
- 前記シロキサン化合物は、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリビニルシロキサン、ポリフェニルメチルシロキサン及びヘキサメチルシロキサンからなる群より選択される一つ以上である、請求項6に記載の表面処理溶液組成物。
- 前記シラン化合物は、メチルトリメトキシシラン、エチルトリメトキシシラン、ヘキサメチルジシラン、トリエチルエトキシシラン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシラン、ガンマグリシドキシトリエチルシラン、及びガンマグリシドキシトリメチルシランからなる群より選択される一つ以上である、請求項6に記載の表面処理溶液組成物。
- 前記ポリシロキサンコポリマーの重量平均分子量は300~1500である、請求項6に記載の表面処理溶液組成物。
- 鋼板;
前記鋼板の少なくとも一面に形成された溶融亜鉛めっき層;及び
前記溶融亜鉛めっき層上に形成された3価クロメート被膜層を含み、
前記3価クロメート被膜層は、
リン酸クロム(A)及び硝酸クロム(B)を含み、その含量比A/(A+B)が0.89~0.95を満たす3価クロム化合物37.7~58.1重量%;
シランカップリング剤34.6~40.7重量%;
バナジウム系防錆耐食剤1.4~8.2重量%;
コロイダルシリカ4.2~6.6重量%;及び
ポリシロキサンコポリマー1.7~6.8重量%を含む、表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。 - 前記シランカップリング剤は、2-(3,4エポキシシクロヘキシル)-エチルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシルオキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、3-グリシルオキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン、N-2-(アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、N-2-(アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、N-2-(アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-ウレイドプロピルトリメトキシシラン、及びテトラエチルオルソシリケートからなる群より選択される一つ以上である、請求項10に記載の表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
- 前記バナジウム系防錆耐食剤は、五酸化バナジウム(V2O5)、メタバナジウム酸(HVO3)、メタバナジウム酸アンモニウム、メタバナジウム酸ナトリウム、オキシ三塩化バナジウム(VOCl3)、三酸化バナジウム(V2O3)、二酸化バナジウム(VO2)、オキシ硫酸バナジウム(VOSO4)、オキシシュウ酸バナジウム[VO(COO)2]、バナジウムオキシアセチルアセトネート[VO(OC(CH3)=CHCOCH3))2]、バナジウムアセチルアセトネート[V(OC(CH3)=CHCOCH3))3]、三塩化バナジウム(VCl3)、硫酸バナジウム(VSO4・8H2O)、二塩化バナジウム(VCl2)及び酸化バナジウム(VO)からなる群より選択される一つ以上である、請求項10に記載の表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
- 前記コロイダルシリカは粒子サイズ5~15nmである、請求項10に記載の表面処理された合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
- 前記コロイダルシリカはLudox HAS(snowtex-O)である、請求項10に記載の表面処理された合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
- 前記ポリシロキサンコポリマーは、シロキサン化合物及びシラン化合物のうち少なくとも一つの成分を含む、請求項10に記載の表面処理された合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
- 前記シロキサン化合物は、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリビニルシロキサン、ポリフェニルメチルシロキサン及びヘキサメチルシロキサンからなる群より選択される一つ以上である、請求項15に記載の表面処理された合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
- 前記シラン化合物は、メチルトリメトキシシラン、エチルトリメトキシシラン、ヘキサメチルジシラン、トリエチルエトキシシラン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシラン、ガンマグリシドキシトリエチルシラン、及びガンマグリシドキシトリメチルシランからなる群より選択される一つ以上である、請求項15に記載の表面処理された合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
- 前記ポリシロキサンコポリマーの重量平均分子量は300~1500である、請求項15に記載の表面処理された合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
- 前記3価クロメート被膜層は厚さが0.3~0.5μmである、請求項10に記載の表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
- 溶融亜鉛めっき層が形成された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板上に、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の表面処理溶液組成物をコーティングする段階;及び
前記コーティングされた表面処理溶液組成物を乾燥して3価クロメート被膜層を形成する段階を含む、表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記表面処理溶液組成物をコーティングする段階は、2.14~3.57μmの厚さでコーティングすることで行う、請求項20に記載の表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記乾燥は素材鋼板の最終到達温度(PMT)を基準に、40~60℃の温度で行われる、請求項20に記載の表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記乾燥は熱風乾燥炉又は誘導加熱炉で行われる、請求項20に記載の表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記熱風乾燥炉は内部温度が100~200℃である、請求項23に記載の表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記誘導加熱炉は1000~3500Aの電流が印加される、請求項23に記載の表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記3価クロメート被膜層を空冷させる段階をさらに含む、請求項20に記載の表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法は連続工程で行われ、前記連続工程の速度は80~100mpmである、請求項20に記載の表面処理された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
