a.少なくとも第1の熱可塑性繊維層および第2の熱可塑性繊維層を含むキャリア材料を供給する工程
b.第1の熱可塑性繊維層および/または第2の熱可塑性繊維層の少なくとも一部をキャリア材料の少なくとも1つの境界で除去する工程、および
c.任意選択でキャリア材料をロールアップする工程
を含む、キャリア材料の製造方法によって解決される。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性繊維層(A1)および第2の熱可塑性繊維層(A2)を含むキャリア材料であって、前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層は、不織布熱可塑性繊維層であり、前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および/または前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層の少なくとも一部は、前記キャリア材料の少なくとも1つの境界で除去され、フォームフィット接続の第1のパーツを提供することを特徴とする、キャリア材料。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および/または前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層の一部が、前記キャリア材料の少なくとも2つの境界で除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のキャリア材料。
- 前記キャリア材料の対向する境界の前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および/または前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層の一部が除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のキャリア材料。
- 接続領域の第1のパーツの厚さが、残りのキャリア材料の厚さの0%~90%、好ましくは20%~80%、より好ましくは35%~70%、最も好ましくは50%~60%であり、前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および/または前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層の一部が除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のキャリア材料。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層の長さおよび/または幅が、少なくとも0.5cm、好ましくは少なくとも1.0cm、より好ましくは少なくとも2.0cm異なることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のキャリア材料。
- 縦糸および/または横糸を含むスクリムが、前記キャリア材料に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のキャリア材料。
- 前記スクリムの前記縦糸および/または前記横糸が、少なくとも5GPa、好ましくは少なくとも10GPa、より好ましくは少なくとも15GPa、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも20GPa、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも25GPa、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも40GPa、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも50GPa、最も好ましくは少なくとも75GPaの引張弾性率を有する高弾性繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6記載のキャリア材料。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および/または前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層が、少なくとも1種類の一成分繊維または二成分繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のキャリア材料。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および/または前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層が、繊維の不織布層および/または押し出された絡み合ったフィラメントの三次元マットであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のキャリア材料。
- 以下の工程:
a.少なくとも第1の熱可塑性繊維層および第2の熱可塑性繊維層を含むキャリア材料を供給する工程
b.前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および/または前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層の少なくとも一部を前記キャリア材料の少なくとも1つの境界で除去する工程、および
c.任意選択で前記キャリア材料をロールアップする工程
を含む、キャリア材料の製造方法。 - 前記工程bの除去が、スカイビングによってまたはスプリッティングおよび切断によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- 接続領域の第1のパーツの厚さが、残りのキャリア材料の厚さの0%~90%、好ましくは20%~80%、より好ましくは35%~70%、最も好ましくは50%~60%であるように、前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および/または前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層の少なくとも一部が除去されることを特徴とする、請求項10または11記載の方法。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層の長さおよび/または幅が、少なくとも0.5cm、好ましくは少なくとも1.0cm、より好ましくは少なくとも2.0cm異なることを特徴とする、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア材料が、好ましくは前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層と前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層との間に配置されたスクリムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性繊維層および/または前記第2の熱可塑性繊維層が、繊維の不織布層および/または押し出された絡み合ったフィラメントの三次元マットであることを特徴とする、請求項10から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
