Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- コイル歯モジュールの製造方法であって、
a)ヘリカルコイルをプレス型に挿入する段階と、
b)前記ヘリカルコイルによって区切られた内部空間に金属粉末を充填する段階と、
c)前記金属粉末をプレスして、前記ヘリカルコイルに直接当接する歯を形成する段階と
を備える、方法。 - 歯を形成する前記プレスする操作の後、前記歯を形成するようにプレスされた前記金属粉末の粒子の間に形状嵌めが存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ヘリカルコイルの内側輪郭の断面が、前記内部空間の長手方向に沿って変化する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記プレス型が前記ヘリカルコイルの外表面を取り囲む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ヘリカルコイルが長手方向に沿って前記プレス型内で圧縮される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- プレスされた前記金属粉末が、前記ヘリカルコイルの内側輪郭だけでなく異なるコイル部分の間の潜在的な隙間も充填する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属粉末がプレスされた後に、前記コイル歯モジュールが熱処理される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ヘリカルコイルを前記プレス型に挿入する前に、歯元を形成するための粉末材料または既製の歯元が前記プレス型に導入される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記内部空間を充填する前記金属粉末が前記内部空間を完全に充填し、任意に前記ヘリカルコイルの上面を覆うことによって、プレス中に歯先が形成される、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記歯が少なくとも1つのコイル部分を裏側で係合する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ヘリカルコイルと、前記ヘリカルコイルの内側輪郭内に配置された歯とを備え、前記歯が前記ヘリカルコイルに当接し、プレスされた金属粉末を有する、コイル歯モジュール。
- 前記歯を形成するようにプレスされた前記金属粉末の粒子の間に形状嵌めが存在する、請求項11に記載のコイル歯モジュール。
- 前記ヘリカルコイルが、導電性材料、好ましくはアルミニウムもしくは銅またはその合金を有し、前記金属粉末が軟磁性材料または軟磁性合金である、請求項11または12に記載のコイル歯モジュール。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項にしたがって製造された、コイル歯モジュール。
