Claims (15)
- 基板;および
前記基板の少なくとも一部の上に塗布されたコーティング
を含む被覆された物品であって、前記コーティングは、
前記基板の少なくとも一部の上に第1の誘電体層;
前記第1の誘電体層の少なくとも一部の上に第1の金属層;
前記第1の金属層の少なくとも一部の上に第2の誘電体層;
前記第2の誘電体層の少なくとも一部の上にオーバーコート;
前記第2の誘電体層と前記オーバーコートとの間に光吸収層
を含むか、または前記オーバーコートは光吸収層を含み、
前記光吸収層は、Ge、GeOx、Hf、HfOx、HfO2、NbNx、NbNxOy、SiaAlb、SiaAlbOx、SiaCob、SiaCobOx、SiaCobCuc、SiaCobCucOx、SiaCrb、SiaCrbOx、SiaNib、SiNiOx、SiOx、SnNx、SnOx、SnOxNy、TiNx、TiaNbbNx、TiaNbbOx、TiaNbbOxNy、TiOxNy、WOx、WO2、ZnO:Co、ZnO:Fe、ZnO:Mn、ZnO:Ni、ZnO:V、ZnO:Cr、ZnaSnb、ZnaSnbOx、またはこれらの任意の組合せを含む、

- 前記光吸収層が、SnNx、SnOx、ZnaSnb、ZnaSnbOx、またはこれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の被覆された物品。
- 前記光吸収層が、ZnO:Co、ZnO:Fe、ZnO:Mn、ZnO:Ni、ZnO:V、ZnO:Cr、またはこれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の被覆された物品。
- 前記光吸収層が、Ge、GeOx、Hf、HfOx、WOx、WO2、またはこれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の被覆された物品。
- 前記光吸収層がSiaCobOxを含み、aが30重量%〜50重量%の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の被覆された物品。
- 前記光吸収層がSiaCobOxを含み、xが、20%〜40%の酸素を有する雰囲気下で光吸収材料が形成されたときに得られる酸素含有量である、請求項1に記載の被覆された物品。
- 前記光吸収層が前記第2の誘電体層と前記オーバーコートとの間にある、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆された物品。
- 前記オーバーコートが前記光吸収層を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆された物品。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の被覆された物品であって、
前記第2の誘電体層の少なくとも一部の上に第2の金属層、および前記第2の金属層の少なくとも一部の上に第3の誘電体層をさらに含み、ならびに
前記オーバーコートが前記第3の誘電体層の少なくとも一部の上にあり、前記光吸収層が前記第3の誘電体層の間にあるか、または前記オーバーコートが光吸収層を含む、
前記被覆された物品。 - 請求項12に記載の被覆された物品であって、
前記第3の誘電体層の少なくとも一部の上に第4の金属層、および前記第4の金属層の少なくとも一部の上に第5の誘電体層をさらに含み、
前記オーバーコートが前記第5の誘電体層の少なくとも一部の上にあり、前記光吸収層が前記第5の誘電体層と前記オーバーコートとの間にあるか、または前記オーバーコートが前記光吸収層を含む、

前記第1の誘電体層の少なくとも一部の上に第1の金属層を形成すること;
前記第1の金属層の少なくとも一部の上に第2の誘電体層を形成すること;
前記第2の誘電体層の少なくとも一部の上にオーバーコートを形成すること;
前記第2の誘電体層と前記オーバーコートとの間に光吸収層を形成するか、または前記オーバーコート内に前記光吸収層を形成すること
を含み、前記光吸収層は、Ge、GeOx、Hf、HfOx、HfO2、NbNx、NbNxOy、SiaAlb、SiaAlbOx、SiaCob、SiaCobOx、SiaCobCuc、SiaCobCucOx、SiaCrb、SiaCrbOx、SiaNib、SiNiOx、SiOx、SnNx、SnOx、SnOxNy、TiNx、TiaNbbNx、TiaNbbOx、TiaNbbOxNy、TiOxNy、WOx、WO2、ZnO:Co、ZnO:Fe、ZnO:Mn、ZnO:Ni、ZnO:V、ZnO:Cr、ZnaSnb、ZnaSnbOx、またはこれらの任意の組合せを含む、
