Abstract
Description
医療用途における合金:
本開示のPt−Ni−X組成物および物品は、高いニッケルレベルで加工可能であり、成形可能である。組成物はまた、600の高いビッカース硬度レベルに相当する303ksi超の極限引張強度の機械的特性を常に達成する。しかし、合金は、50μm(0.002インチ)未満のストリップの厚さまたはワイヤ径でも驚くべきことに冷間加工可能である。実装形態は、Pt−Ni基の三元系以上の合金、例えば、Pt−Ni−X、Pt−Ni−X1−X2四元系合金などを提供することができる。
Claims (24)
- 少なくとも320ksiの極限引張強度または少なくともHK50600まで時効硬化可能であり、
a)前記合金の約65〜約80質量%の白金;
b)前記合金の約18〜約27質量%のニッケル;および
c)合計で前記合金の約2〜約8質量%の第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物を含み、前記第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物は、Ir、Pd、Rh、Ru、Nb、Mo、Re、W、Taの1つ以上、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせである、白金−ニッケル基の三元系以上の合金。 - ニッケルは前記合金の約19〜約25質量%で存在し、全ての前記第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物は、前記合金の約2〜約7質量%で存在する、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記白金は、前記合金の約73〜約80質量%で存在し、前記ニッケルは前記合金の約18〜約24質量%で存在し、全ての前記第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物は、前記合金の約2〜約7質量%で存在する、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記白金は、前記合金の約68〜約73質量%で存在し、前記ニッケルは前記合金の約21〜約26質量%で存在し、全ての前記第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物は、前記合金の約2〜約7質量%で存在する、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記合金は、Ti、V、Cl、Mn、Fe、Co、Cuおよび/またはZnを実質的に含まない、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記合金は、0.1質量%以下の量のスカンジウム、イットリウムまたはランタニドを含む、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記合金は、ワイヤの長さのリニアインチあたり約0.030インチの曲率以上の真直度に焼鈍され、約240ksi以上の極限引張強度を維持する、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記合金は、時効硬化され、少なくとも580ヌープの微小硬度を有する、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記合金は、時効硬化し、少なくとも320ksiの極限引張強度を有する、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記合金は、時効硬化し、1.5%超の全引張伸びを有する、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 白金−ニッケル基の三元系以上の合金を含むばね、コイルまたはマイクロコイル製品であって、前記合金は:
a)前記合金の約65〜約80質量%の白金;
b)前記合金の約18〜約27質量%のニッケル;および
c)前記合金の合計約2〜約8質量%の第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物を含み、前記第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物は、Ir、Pd、Rh、Ru、Nb、Mo、Re、W、Taの1つ以上、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせである、製品。 - 前記ばね、コイルまたはマイクロコイルは、約40〜約80kVのエネルギーでX線放射にさらされ、医療現場で画像を生成するのに使用される、請求項11に記載の製品。
- 前記合金は、1.5%超の全引張伸びを有する、請求項11に記載の製品。
- 前記合金は、175ksi超の0.2%オフセット降伏強度を有する、請求項11に記載の製品。
- 前記製品は、前記製品を利用するコアおよび/または先端を含むガイドワイヤの部品である、請求項11に記載の製品。
- 白金−ニッケル基の三元系以上の合金を含むテストプローブであって、前記合金は:
a)前記合金の約65〜約80質量%の白金;
b)前記合金の約18〜約27質量%のニッケル;および
c)前記合金の合計約2〜約8質量%の第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物を含み、前記第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物は、Ir、Pd、Rh、Ru、Nb、Mo、Re、W、Taの1つ以上、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせである、プローブ。 - 前記プローブは、コブラプローブ、カンチレバープローブ、ポゴピンプローブ、垂直プローブまたはMEMSプローブとして構成される、請求項16に記載のテストプローブ。
- 前記合金は、時効硬化し、少なくとも600のビッカース微小硬度を有する、請求項16に記載のテストプローブ。
- 前記合金は、時効硬化し、少なくとも320ksiの引張強度を有する、請求項16に記載のテストプローブ。
- 前記合金は、時効硬化し、1.5%超の全引張伸びを有する、請求項16に記載のテストプローブ。
- 請求項16に記載のテストプローブを含むプローブカード。
- 前記白金−ニッケル基の三元系以上の合金からなる先端が、異種金属を含む本体に取り付けられている、請求項16に記載のテストプローブ。
- 請求項22に記載のテストプローブを含むプローブカード。
- a)以下のi)〜iii)を含む合金を形成する工程;
i)前記合金の約65〜約80質量%の白金;
ii)前記合金の約18〜約27質量%のニッケル;および
iii)合計で、前記合金の約2〜約8質量%の第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物であって、前記第3の又はそれ以上の元素の添加物は、Ir、Pd、Rh、Ru、Nb、Mo、Re、W、Taの1つ以上、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせである、添加物;
b)前記合金を焼鈍する工程;
c)焼鈍した前記合金をプローブチップ、スプリング、コイルまたはマイクロコイルに成形する工程;および
d)成形し、焼鈍した前記合金を、最大8時間、時効硬化させる工程を含み、
前記合金は、少なくとも320ksiの極限引張強度または少なくともHK50600に時効硬化可能である、白金−ニッケル基の三元系以上の合金の製造方法。
