Claims (10)
- 吸引カテーテル装置であって、前記吸引カテーテル装置は、
チューブ状の本体部であって、前記チューブ状の本体部は、近位端部部分および遠位端部部分、ならびに、前記遠位部分の外部の領域から材料を収集するための、前記遠位部分における吸引開口部を有しており、前記チューブ状の本体部は、前記近位端部部分から前記遠位端部部分へ延在する少なくとも第1および第2のルーメンを画定しており、個別の前記第1および第2のルーメンのそれぞれは、前記チューブ状の本体部の前記遠位端部部分の中に画定されているチャンバーに流体連通しており、前記チャンバーは、前記吸引開口部に流体連通しており、前記チューブ状の本体部の前記遠位端部部分は、長手方向軸線を画定しており、前記長手方向軸線は、中心軸線と一致しているかまたは中心軸線に対して平行になっており、前記チューブ状の本体部の側壁は、前記中心軸線の周りに円周軸線方向に形成されている、チューブ状の本体部と;
前記チューブ状の本体部の前記第1のルーメンから前記チャンバーの中へ延在しているチューブであって、前記チューブは、チューブチャネル、および、前記チューブチャネルに流体連通している放出開口部を画定しており、前記放出開口部は、前記チューブチャネルと組み合わせて位置決めおよび配向され、流体フローを放出ジェットへと方向付け、前記放出ジェットは、200N/m2の閾値レベルを下回る前記材料に対するエジェクター作用を生成させる様式で、前記チャンバーの中をおよび前記吸引開口部を通過して流動可能である、チューブと;
Yピースコネクターであって、前記Yピースコネクターは、前記チューブ状の本体部の前記近位端部部分に固定されており、入口連結部分および出口連結部分を有しており、前記入口連結部分は、前記チューブ状の本体部の前記第1のルーメンに流体連通している入口ルーメンを有しており、前記出口連結部分は、前記チューブ状の本体部の前記第2のルーメンに流体連通している別個の出口ルーメンを有している、Yピースコネクターと;
流体リザーバーから前記チャンバーへ、前記入口ルーメン、前記第1のルーメン、および前記チューブチャネルを通して、加圧流体を送達するためのポンプと;
前記第2のルーメンを通して前記材料を収集するための、前記出口ルーメンに流体連通している収集チャンバーと
を含む、吸引カテーテル装置。 - 前記チューブは、実質的にU字形状になっている、請求項1に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記チューブチャネルは、非平面的な軸線を画定している、請求項2に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記チューブチャネルおよび放出開口部は、流体フローを放出ジェットへと方向付けるように位置決めおよび配向されており、前記放出ジェットは、前記長手方向軸線に対して斜めになっている流路で、前記チャンバーの中をおよび前記吸引開口部を通過して流動可能である、請求項3に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記流路は、前記長手方向軸線に対して5°〜45°の間の値だけ斜めになっている、請求項4に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記チューブは、その長さの全体を通して、実質的に線形になっている、請求項1に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記チューブは、金属である、請求項1に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記吸引カテーテル装置は、前記チューブ状の本体部の中に第3のルーメンを含む、請求項1に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記吸引カテーテル装置は、前記第3のルーメンを通って延在可能なガイドワイヤーを含む、請求項8に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
- 前記吸引カテーテル装置は、前記チューブ状の本体部の中に第4のルーメンを含む、請求項1に記載の吸引カテーテル装置。
