Abstract
Description
成形品モデリング工程(ステップS10);先ず、図1、図2に示すように、製品形状とされる成形品10を3DCADによりモデリングする。ここで、本実施形態においては、ウサギを模した人形の形状の製品を生産する。成形品10のモデリング作業は、主にデザイナにより行われる。デザイナは、成形品10である製品を用いた玩具のコンセプトやマーケット調査の結果等に基づいて人形のデザインを行ってモデリングを行う。

Claims (4)
- 3DCADにより所望の成形品をモデリングする成形品モデリング工程と、
前記3DCADにより、前記成形品モデリング工程でモデリングした成形品に対して所定の収縮率を考慮してスラッシュ成形用金型をモデリングする金型モデリング工程と、
前記金型モデリング工程でモデリングした前記スラッシュ成形用金型のデータに基づいて金属3Dプリンタを用いて造形する造形工程と、
を有することを特徴とするスラッシュ成形用金型の製造方法。 - 前記造形工程により造形した造形物に対してめっき処理を行うめっき処理工程を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラッシュ成形用金型の製造方法。
- 前記金属3Dプリンタは、銅を主材料とする金属材料又は純銅を用いて造形することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のスラッシュ成形用金型の製造方法。
- 既存のスラッシュ成形用金型をCTスキャンして前記既存のスラッシュ成形用金型の形状データを取得し、3DCADで新たなスラッシュ成形用金型をモデリングするCTスキャン工程と、
前記CTスキャン工程でモデリングした前記新たなスラッシュ成形用金型のデータに基づいて金属3Dプリンタを用いて造形する造形工程と、
を有することを特徴とするスラッシュ成形用金型の製造方法。
