Claims (10)
- ホールジョイスティック構造であって、
リセットバネと、連動部と、第1ハウジングと、第2ハウジングと、ジョイスティックと、スティックホルダとを備え、
前記リセットバネは、前記スティックホルダに設けられ、前記第1ハウジングは、前記スティックホルダの第1側壁に固定され、前記第2ハウジングは、前記スティックホルダの第2側壁に固定され、前記第1側壁は、前記第2側壁に垂直であり、前記ジョイスティックは、前記スティックホルダの接触点を回動中心として前記スティックホルダの内部を回動することで前記連動部の運動を駆動可能であり、前記第1ハウジングには、第1回転盤が設けられ、前記第2ハウジングには、第2回転盤が設けられ、前記連動部は、前記第1回転盤が前記第1ハウジングの内部を回動するように駆動可能であり、前記連動部は、前記第2回転盤が前記第2ハウジングの内部を回動するように駆動可能であり、前記第1回転盤の内部と前記第2回転盤の内部との何れにも磁石が固設され、前記第1ハウジングの内部には、第1ホール素子が設けられ、前記第2ハウジングの内部には、第2ホール素子が設けられていることを特徴とするホールジョイスティック構造。 - 前記スティックホルダには、中空可動ジャケットが設けられ、前記リセットバネは、前記中空可動ジャケットの外部に外嵌され、前記中空可動ジャケットは、前記ジョイスティックの内部に挿入され、前記ジョイスティックは、前記リセットバネに当接し、前記ジョイスティックは、前記中空可動ジャケットの最下部の接触点を回動中心として前記スティックホルダ内を回動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホールジョイスティック構造。
- 前記連動部は、第1連動部と、第2連動部とを含み、前記第1連動部と前記第2連動部は、前記スティックホルダに可動に設けられ、前記第1連動部は、前記第2連動部の上方に設けられ、前記第1連動部と前記第2連動部は、垂直空間で千鳥状に設置され、前記第1連動部には、第1カラーが設けられ、前記第2連動部には、第2カラーが設けられ、前記中空可動ジャケットと前記リセットバネは、前記ジョイスティックの内部に設けられ、前記ジョイスティックは、上から下へ前記第1カラーと前記第2カラーとを通過することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のホールジョイスティック構造。
- 前記第1連動部は、第1回動軸を更に備え、前記第1回動軸は、第1回転盤に可動に接続され、前記第2連動部は、第2回動軸を更に備え、前記第2回動軸は、前記第2回転盤に可動に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のホールジョイスティック構造。
- 前記第1ハウジングには、第1収納キャビティが設けられ、前記第1回転盤は、前記第1収納キャビティ内に収容され、
前記第2ハウジングには、第2収納キャビティが設けられ、前記第2回転盤は、前記第2収納キャビティ内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のホールジョイスティック構造。 - 前記第1回転盤には、第1回動柱が設けられ、前記第1ハウジングには、第1回動溝が設けられ、前記第1回動溝は、前記第1収納キャビティに連通し、前記第1回動柱は、前記第1回動溝を貫通し、
前記第2回転盤には、第2回動柱が設けられ、前記第2ハウジングには、第2回動溝が設けられ、前記第2回動溝は、前記第2収納キャビティに連通し、前記第2回動柱は、前記第2回動溝を貫通することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のホールジョイスティック構造。 - 前記第1回動柱の一方端には、第1係止部が設けられ、前記第1係止部は、前記第1回動溝内から外部に延出し、且つ前記第1ハウジングに係合し、
前記第2回動柱には、第2係止部が設けられ、前記第2係止部は、前記第2回動溝内から外部に延出し、且つ前記第2ハウジングに係合することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のホールジョイスティック構造。 - 前記第1回転盤には、第1載置溝が設けられ、前記第2回転盤には、第2載置溝が設けられ、前記第1載置溝と前記第2載置溝との何れにも、前記磁石が収容され、前記第1ハウジングには、第1収納溝が設けられ、前記第2ハウジングには、第2収納溝が設けられ、前記第1収納溝は、前記第1収納キャビティに連通し、前記第2収納溝は、前記第2収納キャビティに連通し、前記第1ホール素子は、前記第1収納溝内に部分的に収容され、前記第2ホール素子は、前記第2収納溝内に部分的に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のホールジョイスティック構造。
- 前記磁石は、矩形状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホールジョイスティック構造。
- 前記第1ホール素子は、前記第1回転盤の内部の前記磁石の側部に固設され、前記第2ホール素子は、前記第2回転盤の内部の前記磁石の側部に固設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホールジョイスティック構造。
