Abstract
Description
塩化アンモニウム、塩化カリウム、水および炭酸カルシウムを表1に示す組成比で混合し、実施例1から8および比較例1から5にかかる蓄冷材を調製した。なお、塩化アンモニウム、塩化カリウム、水の合計質量が100重量部となるように調製した。
実施例1から8および比較例1から5にかかる蓄冷材は以下の3つの試験を行った。
(1) -20℃での凍結可否試験
(2) -17℃の保持時間の評価試験
(3) 潜熱評価試験
表1に、実施例1から8および比較例1から5にかかる蓄冷材の試験結果を示す。実施例1から8の蓄冷材は-20℃で凍結し、-17℃の保持時間が1時間以上と長く、潜熱も270J/g以上と高い。特に実施例3、4および6の蓄冷材は-17℃の保持時間が1.6時間以上と長いことが分かる。これは、塩化アンモニウムが13から15重量部、塩化カリウムが4から6重量部の範囲にあることに起因する。
実施例3の蓄冷材を、高密度ポリエチレン製の内容量500gの略直方体のブロー成型容器に充填したものを2つ準備した。準備した蓄冷材を平均温度-20℃の冷凍倉庫に2日間放置し、蓄冷材を凍結させた。次に、図7に示すように、物流梱包容器(荷室体積17L、発泡スチロール製)に、保冷対象物(冷凍食品)を上方と下方で挟み込むようにして、前記保冷具を配置した。物流梱包容器を30℃の雰囲気に放置し、保冷対象物の中にボタン型の温度ロガーを埋め込み、保冷対象物の温度変化を測定した。その結果を図10に示す。図10に示すように、発泡スチロール製の断熱性の低い物流梱包容器でも、本発明の保冷具を合計1kg使用する事で保冷対象物を-15℃以下で4.5時間、-10℃以下で6.8時間保持できることが分かる。
Claims (7)
- 水と、塩化アンモニウムと、塩化カリウムと、炭酸カルシウムとを含み、前記水、前記塩化アンモニウムおよび前記塩化カリウムの合計質量を100重量部としたときに、前記塩化アンモニウムは10から20重量部、前記塩化カリウムは3から10重量部であり、前記塩化アンモニウムと前記塩化カリウムの合計が15から25重量部であり、残りが水であり、前記炭酸カルシウムは、前記水、前記塩化アンモニウムおよび前記塩化カリウムの合計質量を100重量部としたときに、前記100重量部に対して0.1から5重量部の添加量である蓄冷材。
- 前記水、前記塩化アンモニウムおよび前記塩化カリウムの合計質量を100重量部としたときに、前記塩化アンモニウムは13から15重量部、前記塩化カリウムは4から6重量部、前記水は残りの重量部である請求項1に記載の蓄冷材。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムは、前記水、前記塩化アンモニウムおよび前記塩化カリウムの合計質量を100重量部としたときに、前記100重量部に対して1から3重量部の添加量である請求項1または2に記載の蓄冷材。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄冷材を収容する収容部を備える保冷具。
- 前記収容部を複数有し、
隣り合う前記収容部同士を接続する接続部を備える、
請求項4に記載の保冷具。 - 前記接続部は、可撓性を有する、
